My place is not too far from the airport. It is close to the Charlottetown Mall, movie theatre, grocery stores, pharmacies, casino, race track and a 5 to 7 minute drive to downtown. You'll love my place because of the ambiance and the beautiful area. There is a park next to my house. The property is a bright, cozy and well looked after duplex. Enjoy the large patio with patio furniture. Three large bedrooms with queen size bed. My place is good for couples and families.

Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Beautiful area with a lot of mature trees.

- It is possible to take the public bus (Trius Transit) at the intersection of Ash Drive and Maple Avenue which is at a short walking distance from my home.

Danielle was very prompt in responding to the few questions I had when booking and ensured that either herself or a contact were available if needed during our stay……but during the five nights we stayed we had no issues at all. The house was well appointed and everything worked. This house is situated in a very quiet, safe and orderly residential neighbourhood. On a large lot directly adjacent to a lovely small park just steps from the deck shown in the photo……no fence makes it feel like the park is part of the property. A baseball diamond and soccer field provide a nice sense of community. The location is ideal for a family who wishes to explore the old town and come back to a quiet place and environment to lay low, relax and revive. Definitely not within walking distance of Charlottetown's old town but only a ten minute drive away. When booking I noticed it was close to the airport and was concerned about noise……but it's a small airport with very light air traffic and was never an issue. A bonus was that it took us less than ten minutes to get back to the airport for our return flight. And the rental car return was simplicity itself. I've never had a simpler airport experience. Totally different (better) than than a major airport experience. Very clean and well maintained…..describes the house. Lots of evidence of recent upgrades. Windows, doors (nice new keyless entry took the worry out of losing the key), new appliances and dishware. NIce large HD tv…..cable and wifi all worked perfectly. All three bedrooms are large with lots of closet space. Our party consisted of two seniors in PEI for a golf getaway. This house met our needs perfectly. Again, less than two minutes away from Highway 1, we were centrally located on the island and could access most of the best courses between 20-40 minutes. Loved playing Crowbush Landing, Brudenell, and Glasgow Hills. More room than the two of us needed…perfect for a foursome. HIghly recommended.

We had communicated before travelling and were asked about things like use of a BBQ or if we were coffee drinkers etc. That was a nice thought. The house was lovely and we were so grateful that in Danilles absence that someone else was there to see us in and in fact came and found us when we got lost. That was really appreciated! Communication with Danille whilst there was through her friend. That worked ok. I wasn't sure what to do when one side of the toaster stopped working but that was fine. The accommodation was decorated to a high standard. We loved her personal art work and there was just about enough cooking trays etc to meet all our needs. We could tell from maps that we were very close to an airport but perhaps if you hadn't checked it out, it would have come of a surprise at 6 am to hear the first one take off! We would happily return again.
