The flat enjoys the best of both worlds. Being in a quiet and tree lined street and surrounded by countryside and country parks. But at the same time it benefits form great transport links into Central London via the Central line

Le logement

This is a 1/2 bedroom flat in a lovely tree lined, quiet street with a good sized living space. It has all the mod cons expected as well as double glazing, easy parking, a bathroom with a shower and bath. It's a 10 minute walk to buses and Central Line underground stations are either a short bus ride away or a 5-10 minute drive (Zone 4) The Central Line takes you to Liverpool Street in approx 20 minutes and also stops at Stratford, St Paul's and Oxford Street etc. Central London is approximately 11 miles away so if you are looking to be central there are other places which are closer. The house is close to the M25 which has good links to the major airports that serve London.

There are two rooms, one room is a designated bedroom and the other has a sofa bed, TV and a chest of drawers and canbe used as a bedroom/living space. The kitchen has everything needed for guests to enjoy their stay eg top loading washing machine, kettle, toaster, utensils,fridge (no freezer) etc. There is a flat screen TV and facilities for watching DVDs. There is also wifi at the house.
There are fitted wardrobes with plenty of space to hang clothes. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Everything is decorated in an attractive and neutral style.The drive outside the house is for the sole use of the downstairs flat. However, it's a quiet street and parking is easy to find in the street.

The local shops are a short walk from the house where you will find a good range of shops. There is an Aldi and Tescos for bigger shops and lots of coffee shops,banks and places to eat/takeaways.

This house enjoys the best of both worlds. Being in a quiet location, surrounded by countryside and country parks. But at the same time it benefits from great transport links into Central London.The house is great for families and people who enjoy retreating to the leafy suburbs after a long day of sight seeing.
