Private studio apt. is an urban oasis. A few steps to Dolph Park and buses/shuttles to football games, Art Fair, and graduation. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, movies, wilderness trails. Less than 3 miles to downtown and 3.5 to central campus. LGBT friendly.
There are exterior steps to get to the apartment (photos included). Yes, I have wifi. I do not have a TV or a microwave oven.
Quiet space on serene dead end road. Close to 94 but the only sounds you will hear are birds and frogs. An easy walk to Weber's Inn, Songbird Cafe and Zingerman's Roadhouse.
The outdoor patio is a great place to watch the sun rise or set over Sister Lake.

I moved to Ann Arbor from the east coast for graduate school in the late eighties and never left.
I run a non-profit human service agency in Ann Arbor. My elderly dad often stays with me. You can see him bird watching and playing cards from the screen porch whenever the weather permits
