À propos de ce logement
A two-story apartment facing the oak trees in Friendly Park. Up the carpeted staircase is a loft with a brand new double mattress + fresh flannel sheets. Below is a sitting room with a beefy new sofa/futon which instantly turns into a bedroom behind a solid wood door.
Enjoy a parkside setting while visiting the university. In town and close to EVERYTHING. Exceptional for visiting UO - two full sized beds and privacy! Eat around the block at Friendly Market/Deli or our new food carts.
This rental is in-town situated one mile south of the Lane County Fairgrounds between College Hill and Friendly Park. Easy to find, one block off Jefferson Street less than 2 miles from everything: the Interstate, Downtown, the Whiteaker, and the University of Oregon.
The space has two levels with full kitchen [stove, oven, large fridge] and absolute privacy apart from the main house. The sitting room instantly converts to a second bedroom with closet, dresser and shelves behind its solid panel door. Upstairs is a wooden poster bed, dresser, closet, and view. Carpets on the first, older wood floor above on the second floor. Outside is a patio with glasstop table and fabric chairs with bamboo block.
Fruit trees on the property provide plums, pears, and delicious figs plus two varieties of grapes are but two steps from the windows. With autumn upon us they've begun their impending winter sleep.
Next door to the Airbnb, also alongside the park is our second Airbnb. It is our living quarters at our pottery studio, where you can arrange pottery lessons on the kick and electric wheels. Visit our site Daniels Family Pottery for newsletter and reviews. In addition to lessons we sell handmade pots. For fresh eggs ask whether the chickens are laying. They are unpredictable from month to month.
