Oceanfront Townhouse! Breathtaking views from all three floors! Enjoy the convenience and location of this oceanfront townhome in the community of Atlantic Watergate. Stairs lead to the first level where you will find a front and back deck, half bath, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, living area and screened porch. The unit has four comfortable bedrooms.

Literally put your toes in the sand right off the back steps.

Guests are expected to provide their own linens unless prior arrangements are made with property manager.

Washer and dryer in unit. Walk out your front door directly on the beach. Excellent beach play areas for children. Playground and tennis court on-site. Perfect home for families with children, or for several couples. Top floor has master bedroom and private bath, second level has three bedrooms and a bath, and ground floor has half-bath.

Please treat our home as you would yours. Report any needed maintenance immediately. No smoking. Small dogs allowed with prior approval. Must be housebroken, have current shots and, no fleas. Rents by the week only, Friday to Friday. After Labor Day to mid May three day minimum rental. Security deposit of of $250 (no pet)/ $500 (with pet). Call Joel at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for payment arrangements of security deposit. Association rules must be followed and will be sent upon request and/or confirmation. No more than 8 occupants allowed.
Cancellation policy: 50% refund up to 30 days prior. No refund less than 30 days prior to start date.

The street parking pass costs $200 to replace. Please be certain you leave it!!!!!

We got this place as a present for some friends and everyone had a great time! Pictures were very accurate and everyone had everything they needed for an awesome time at the beach!

The place was spacious, communication was great, and the location was awesome. It was right on the beach, and there were decks/balconies at each of the three levels with amazing views that were comfortably set up for sitting and enjoying the ocean.

The location is perfect, and the house is great, well furnished and well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Our hosts were responsive and very welcoming. All in all, I'd highly recommend it.

Great location on the beach, you can walk right out and be right there which was awesome. The house itself is outdated and kind of shabby. We were disappointed and uncomfortable with it, esp. the first floor/living and kitchen area b/c is dark and gloomy. The two main bedrooms were a bit better and had nice big decks off of them. They do take pets, however, and it is hard to find attractive updated homes that take pets.

Thank you for your assessment. I don't understand the 'dark and gloomy' given the number and size of the windows. I am staying there in the next week or so. Will look at it more critically.

We are a Wisconsin couple managing this family property in Rehoboth. We love to travel, relax, and stay active! This area is very nice for biking with several excellent bike trails nearby through beautiful Henlopen State park. We will not be able to present, but property is managed very efficiently by Chuck and Lori.
