My place is close to restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed. My place is good for couples.

our place : When you are in street 163 with Tonlé Bassac restaurant on your left hand go to the right into street 396. After 4 hairdresser shops you see an alley on your left hand without number. Go in there and you come in a patio.

when I am in the town i can bring you around to see Phnom Penh., but I have no car only 125C motorbike :)
Close to several markets and great restaurants. There four fabulous, cheap vegetarian options with air conditioning less than 10-15 minutes walking:
1) Sweet Root on Street 318 near 173
2) Maitreya Healthy Vegetarian #155 Street 113 at Street 386.
3) Master Ruma 16A Street 456 near Russian Market.
4) Love Power Cafe, No. 113, Mao Tse Toung Blvd (245), Ground Floor, Room 17, Parkway Plaza/Mall.
Vitking House as they are super crowded.
Hardware store is about a five minute walk on 163 and plenty of stores to get drinks and snacks nearby.
For coffee, Cyclo nearby on Street 163 even though a tad bit pricey . Nice cafe.
The famous coffee stalls in the rear of Russian Market (behind the food stalls and fruit shake stands). There is a lovely Khmer man who has been there for years serving huge and tasty 5000riel ($1.25) iced coffees. Go back to either fruit shake stall in the previous aisle for the best in Phnom Penh. Everyone who lives or has lived there will tell you the same.
For experienced travelers who want a real taste of the city away from the disgusting confines of the Riverside and Street 51, stay here. You can catch a moto to those areas for $1.50, tuk tuk about $3. Partiers and nightlife hounds, see aforementioned areas and stay there. I used to live in Phnom Penh for years and this is the best option you will find for price and comfort.
no smoking in the room., but at the balcony!
