This is fantastic 2nd floor, 3 bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen/diner. Conveniently situated right in the heart of Edinburgh's bustling New Town a thriving area full of boutique shops, restaurants and bars. Princess Street is a 2 minute walk away and Waverly Train Station a 5 minute walk. You can't get more central than this...

This lovely, 2nd floor, historic, 3 bedroom apartment (please note that there is no lift), with large kitchen/diner is conveniently situated in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town (a thriving area full of boutique shops, fantastic restaurants and bars). Hanover Street is an iconic location in the city, being just a short distance away from upmarket shopping at its best! This apartment boasts 3 spacious double bedrooms and caters for 6 people. It also has a large bathroom complete with bath tub and shower over the bath. The apartment is tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need to make your visit to Edinburgh a great experience. It is a fantastic location from which to explore this charming city but please remember that it is situated on the third floor but due to the fact that it is a historic building it has no lift so it is advisable that you consider this when making your booking.

There is Wifi in the property, available at £5 per night.

Guests will have full access to apartment. They will be greeted by a staff member at the apartment and checked-in and will be given a set of keys. They will also receive a contact number for someone that will be on call at all times during your stay in the event of any emergencies.

Échanges avec les voyageurs

You will be greeted by a member of the Pure Serviced Apartment Team on arrival where you will be taken through the check-in process. During the check in process we will require a photo id for the main guest as well as we need to see the credit card with which you secured your booking. We do this to irradiate any fraudulent activity so we kindly ask for your co-operation with this. You will also again be met with a member of the Pure Serviced Apartment Team at departure or make alternative arrangements for super early departures. For your convenience you will have telephonic access to a staff member in case of emergencies or for any other assistance that you need with regards to your accommodation during your stay.

Autres remarques

Check-in will be available from 3pm to 7pm on arrival day but we need to know your intended check in time as soon as possible because this is a serviced apartment and therefore requires one of our staff members to meet and greet you at the apartment. Please contact us to make these arrangements as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hrs prior to your arrival.

We try our best to accommodate early and late check-ins but this is not always possible due to when the next check-ins might take place. If it is possible then there are extra charges that will apply.  We charge £20 for an early check-in fee and £20 late check-in fee for the first hour after 7pm and then £5 per hour after that to a maximum of £40. Late check-outs will also incur a £20 charge.  This amount must be paid cash on arrival to our representative.

Also please make 100% certain that you have supplied Pure Serviced Apartments with a valid mobile contact number(s) for yourself that you can be reached on the day of travel.

Make sure that you have written down all the contact numbers that we supplied in case their is any mis-communication, flight delays etc.
Note that our office is only in operation Mon - Friday from 9am -5pm

If the above protocol is not followed by yourself and there is mis-communication then Pure Serviced Apartments will not be held responsible

Ashley is a great communicator and did his utmost to make us happy. It is worth noting that this place is run by a letting agent and therefore lacks the homely nature of many Airbnb apartments. Ashley was quick to rectify any issues we had but it retains a student vibe - which to be fair can be seen from the pictures. We loved being so central however it is noisy and does not have double glazing. The club opposite closes at 5am and the flat is so warm we had to have the windows open. I would happily rent from Ashley again but I would not rent this particular apartment.

Great flat in a fantastic location. A couple of minor issues on arrival were resolved promptly by Ashley. Great service. Thanks for a brilliant stay.
