*PLEASE NOTE* This is a fully furnished and equipped two bedroom home for longer term renters. The minimum booking we will allow is 30 days. The law in Santa Monica does not permit us to book for less than 30 days so please do not ask.

We are very close with our neighbors - this is a family neighborhood. Gatherings, parties and loud music will result in the police being called immediately. There is to be no one at the property after 9pm who is not on the reservation. I will take your deposit ($500) for any noise complaints received by the neighbors!

Absolutely no smoking inside or outside!

Everything in the apartment is brand new. Beds were super comfy. Lots of room. Super quiet neighborhood. Townhouse style apartment with sliding door to the outdoors, much better than a regular apartment. The bedrooms are upstairs which is great for privacy. Location is ideal. Hula bike station just around the corner, close to Pico for easy access to the Big Blue Bus, walkable to the beach or Santa Monica. Great location for reaching any location on the Westside. Adam was super responsive to any issues we had. Washer and dryer in unit. This place is ideal for a long term stay. We loved staying here.

WARNING - ANT INFESTATION Worst Airbnb Experience of All-Time Arrival was smooth, though the unit and area were a little more rundown than seen in the photos. After a couple days I began to notice an ant problem. When I alerted the host, they feigned ignorance and promised to have it taken care of. Days later, no exterminator had come by and I came home to an Ant Man-level of infestation in the kitchen and living room. Full on swarm. Had to threaten to leave entirely and report the listing in order to get them to send an exterminator that night (the host asked for another day and wondered why I was so upset and hostile, man). After a couple of seemingly ant-free days, I woke up and noticed a couple ants in the bedroom. I found a swarm starting to come out of the outlet and wall behind the bed's headboard. Alerted the host, but no response of any kind. I immediately packed up and vacated the premises and Airbnb took care of the billing, but I'm a little scarred for life. I'd absolutely advise against staying in this or any other unit owned or managed by this group, unless you want to be surrounded by bugs. Word to the wise: if you encounter an issue of any kind, report it immediately and take both pictures and video.

Great place to stay. We were very pleased with the place. Adam was truly great at answering questions and helping us with anything we needed.

My family truly like the Adam's apartment. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to Santa Monica College which makes my daughter very happy being a summer school student of SMC. She could walk back home having launch everyday. The house is cool and we feel the ocean breeze all the time. The appliances in the unit are all new and works great. The washer and dryers made us easy. The unit is about 1.5 miles to the beach. We enjoy the sunset walking along the beach almost everyday. This apartment is perfect for the whole family staying in Santa Monica.
