Festival Dates Available! Luxury 3 bedroom apartment is within the prestigious and award winning Quartermile development. Tastefully appointed throughout and with lovely views onto 'The Meadows', the accommodation is set out on 2 levels and is very spacious with contemporary furnishings throughout. A fantastic location for guests to stay and enjoy the beautiful City of Edinburgh. Wifi, TV and secure underground carparking (at no extra cost!). Feel free to ask me any further questions. Règlement intérieur

Check-Out before 11AM

All guests will find a welcome pack detailing all the features, wifi code and workings of the apartment.

Some Rules of the Development: -

a) None of the Guests or anyone permitted in the Building or Flat shall cause a nuisance or disturbance to other residents or neighbours and noise should be kept to a minimum after the hours of 11pm and before 8am.

b) Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the apartment.

c) Pets are NOT allowed.

d) Guests should immediately inform the Host of any defects of which they become aware. The Host will use their best efforts to correct any defects as soon as practical.

e) The parking pass (if required) is to be placed on a kitchen worktop upon departure. Failure to leave this will incur a £50.00 cost.

f) We ask guests to treat the apartment with respect, to wash up all pots / pans, dishes, etc. and place all rubbish in the black bags provided and then place them in the designated containers in the basement of the building.

g) The heating thermostat is to be set at 20C from 6:00am to 11:00pm, and 15C from 11pm to 6:00 am.

h) Furniture is not to be moved.

i) No feminine hygiene products may be flushed down the toilets.

j) No fixtures, fittings or contents are to removed from the Flat.

k) Appliances are only to be used for their intended purposes

l) Except for fair wear and tear, the apartment and its contents are to be left in the same condition and place as they were found.

m) Any used cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are to be washed and returned to their storage location.

n) No obstructions are to be left in any of the Building common parts and/or the car parks and/or any of the communal gardens.

o) No dangerous or hazardous goods or materials or anything which may be or become a nuisance or injurious or cause damage to the owners or occupiers of any adjacent or neighbouring premises, is permitted in the Flat or Building.

p) No smoke, grit or noxious or offensive emissions are to be made from the Flat, nor any deleterious matter caused or permitted to enter the drains serving any the Flat.

q) The number of guests is limited to 6 persons maximum.

r) The Host or their agent are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any Guest or their property, howsoever caused, arising in any manner out of the let of the apartment or use of the Building facilities.

s) The Guests shall allow the Host access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The Host shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Beautiful two-story flat in central Edinburgh. Perfectly located for Fringe and wandering around the historic city center. On one side is a grand park and on the other, just across the street, pubs, restaurants, and breakfast shops. Your flat was ideal for our holiday trip, tons of room, well-appointed, newer furnishings, and Eddie was a great help in getting us settled in. Thanks, Jason, for the hospitality, everything was arranged perfectly. We look forward to coming back sometime.

This apartment is very well set up with everything you need. It is close to everything including transport. The free parking was also a great bonus as parking in Edinburgh is difficult.

The apartment was fantastic and even better than the pictures. The location is excellent, a short walk from all the tourists sights in the centre, in a very good location with lots of cafes and the park nearby. Jason also made things very easy for us to checkin late and have a very enjoyable stay.
