A unique two bedroom house in a stunning private courtyard.

Modern living mews house located within the lovely Seven Dials area of Brighton. Delightful pubs, cafe's, restaurants and independent shops are just seconds from your door!

Open plan living room/kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, high quality finish bathroom and front and rear outdoor space allowing for wonderful inside/outside living.

Light, bright, peaceful and only minutes from the station, town centre and the sea front. Perfect!

The whole house is yours during your stay. You shall be given an access key which activates the front security gate. Entering the shared courtyard there are 5 private houses, ours is no.3. You'll be provided with a front door key to the house.

Please feel free to use our front and back patio gardens. Catch some morning sun out the back or enjoy an evening drink out the front.

Chill on our big vintage sofa surfing Netflix or take a seat at our reclaimed wood dining table in the light, bright kitchen. Milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, bread and cereals are there for you to help yourselves.

If you're planning on doing any cooking, cleaning or washing during your stay we can show you how to use the dishwasher, oven and washing machine - everything is ever so simple and brand new.

The house is cool in the summer, warm in the winter.

Both bedrooms are bright and light during the day, quiet and cozy at night. The main bedroom has a good size double bed with 100% stone washed French linens. Cupboard and drawer space is provided. The 2nd bedroom has a small sized double sofa bed. Freeview TV, clothes hanging and shelving space is provided.

Our spacious bathroom has a good size bath tub and separate shower unit. The high pressure shower is totally lush, you wont want to get out! Natural light floods through the skylight. Towels shall be provided.

Separate downstairs toilet.

We love to meet our guests before their stay, so we shall greet you upon arrival to hand over keys and briefly show you around our home, highlighting any hints and tips for your stay.

During your stay you shall have the house to yourselves, we shall be staying nearby so we'll never be far if you need us.

Our home interiors shop is next to the courtyard entrance gate so during the day at least one of us is only a stones throw away if needed!

Seven Dials is a vibrant, laid back, residential neighborhood minutes from the city centre, with a plentiful supply of pubs, delis, restaurants, cafes and charming 'lifestyle' shops.

Around 5 minutes walk from Brighton station and the bustling North Laines and 10 minutes walk from the sea front and Hove. We have two very handy small 'local' supermarkets, a bakery and an organic food shop as well as a couple of Delis. There are several pubs and brilliant restaurants right on the door step. When it comes to cafes, there's a number of coffee shops and brunch destinations to choose from.

Brighton is a great size city to explore by foot. However being less than 10 mins from Brighton station and with the bus connections at seven dials you will easily be able to get out and about further afield.

Parking vouchers are available, subject to availability, for £10 per day per car. The voucher will allow you to park within parking Zone Y. You can check the Brighton and Hove council website for the zone Y boundaries

This is our much loved home so please treat it as such. We want you to enjoy our house and Brighton as much as we do but we do have a few strict house rules;

Firstly this is a definite 'no parties' house, so no loud music and non paying guests. Our quiet, secluded courtyard offers a tranquil space just moments from the bustle of Brighton city centre, so please be mindful and respectful to our friendly neighbours when coming and going. Please keep noise to a minimum late at night out of respect for our neighbours.

Many items in our home are unique pieces or have great sentimental value so please be careful as they'd be impossible to replace. Please be honest if you do break or damage anything - we accept that accidents do happen, however you will be charged if you do not bring these to our attention.

Strictly NO PETS.
Strictly NO SMOKING; neither inside the house nor in our front/back gardens.

Any violations to our host rules could result in the loss of your security deposit.

Treat the house as you would your own, leave it as you found it and you'll be a fab guest. Most importantly, enjoy the house and Brighton!

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et littéralement à 5 min de la gare. Il est parfait pour 4 personnes et Mark est un hôte accueillant, qui met à l'aise et disponible pour toutes nos questions. Le seul problème est que nous ne sommes pas restées assez longtemps pour profiter pleinement de tout ce que Brighton a à offrir.

This place was perfect for our needs. Wanted somewhere to stay for Brighton Marathon Weekend, close to the station and to the coast. House was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including a few freebies.., not that I had any of the wine as running the marathon! Thanx for making our first Air b&b experience a good one! X

Marks place is so peaceful and tastefully decorated. We had an amazing time and one weekend truly recharged the batteries. The location is perfect, with parking opportunities and very cute surrounding area with loads of restaurants and lovely little breakfast places. In 10 -15 min you are at the main shopping street or at the sea front.

Mark and Liza have a great place and is highly recommended. It's in a great location, walking distance from the train station and town centre. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants very close by as well as a Coop for supplies. Mark was always on hand at their local shop although he wasn't needed. Would highly recommend or anyone visiting Brighton.

Mark and Liza were very friendly and helpful. They showed us around the apartment and had a book with local amenities which we found useful and they had a map of local area. We had 4yr old and 2nd room was perfect for him, large bed which could fit 2, so he didn't fall out! Place was great, away from road and quiet, though not too close to any pubs to be disturbed at night. close walk to train station and city centre, not too far to walk to beach. Overall, great experience, this was our first time using airbnb.

A really beautiful house, only 10 min walk from North Laines & city centre. 5 mins from train station. Spacious, beautifully decorated. Lovely hosts who were in contact by text before we arrived & picked up keys from them at their shop just next to the house. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was great!The house was exactly as seen and very close to city centre!There was a quick response from Mark and Lisa when needed and generally it was the best choice we could have made!

Hi.

After years in The City, we moved to Brighton last summer and are loving life by the sea! We both have backgrounds in retail fashion but for the past few years have been running our own home and lifestyle business; Homage. Our store is approximately 5 seconds away from our home, so the commute is nice and easy!

We have a real passion for home interiors, which hopefully comes across during your stay in our house.

Over the years we have been keen travelers, some highlights including Rio carnival, driving a VW camper around New Zealand and Tulum, Mexico for our honeymoon last year.

We look forward to many more adventures and welcome you to our little spot on this planet; fun, friendly, fabulous Brighton!
