À propos de ce logement
This 500 sq ft room has a 10 ft window seat on one side and sliders to a very private patio on the other. An enormous sectional couch facing a big, flat-screen with DVDs and Internet make it a relaxing room. Short walk to private beaches and to a downtown full of coffee shops. Great places to eat nearby, too. 2 miles of beach at state park about 10 mins by car. Antique shops in next door town. 30 mins from Yale, New Haven. Near Madison Beach Hotel. Suits 1-3 people.
This space is tranquil and private, both indoors and out.

This is my private home. airbnb business/interaction needs to be conducted respectfully during business hours only.
I keep my dogs out of your room and away from you for the most part.
I only want very respectful, sober guests, who are quiet.
I need mature behavior and respectful use of my home. You can swim in the pool if you sign a liability waiver (no diving, no drinking, no loud behavior), and you can sit beside the pool to relax.

I was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, grew up in London, England, and now live in New England. The last place I traveled to was the Algarve in Portugal. I am a published writer of children's plays and novels for grown-ups. Since I write and read a lot, my house is pretty quiet. I am walking distance from a few beaches, a train station that connects with NYC and Boston, and a small downtown with coffee shops galore. I have two smallish dogs who are friendly, a very private swimming pool, and I'm always at work on a new book. My style is a mix of American friendliness and British keep-my-distance ;) I run a monthly Open Mic for writers at our local independent bookshop, R.J. Julia's, and lead a writing group designed to inspire writing at our senior center. I also help people self-publish on Amazon My parents were both in movies in England back in the '50s. I love comedy.
