2 bed 2 bath ground floor well ventilated apt in gated community which accommodates 4. King bed in master and twin beds in guest bedroom. 1 assigned parking space, visitor parking. Walk to shopping, restaurants, buses. Taxis are readily available.

Ground Floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment in Barbican, St. Andrew with easy access to Manor Park, Liguanea, New Kingston, the University of the West Indies, United Theological College, University of Technology, the British High Commission, the United States Embassy and the Canadian High Commission. Walk to shopping, restaurants, gaming lounge, ATM machines, pharmacies, etc.

The unit is fully furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living, dining, enclosed patio. Laundry facilities are available on the property. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the guest bedroom. The unit has hot and cold water, ceiling fans, air coolers, cable TV, high speed wireless internet and a prepaid mobile phone.

The unit is extremely well ventilated with floor to ceiling windows and doors to enable maximum airflow keeping the rooms cool and airy. The unit is NOT air-conditioned and it is suitable for the environmentally aware traveler who is committed to protecting the environment and who appreciates the importance of going green.

There are large green areas in the community and children are welcome to stay. This is a quiet, small community with good neighbors who look out for each other.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the patio, the gardens and the laundry room.

I am a phone call away and am always happy to assist where possible.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and is close to shopping and entertainment.

The property is close to bus routes and taxis are readily available.

We appreciate your cooperation with the following rules and your contribution to the preservation of the environment by not wasting energy and not leaving electrical appliances on when not in use.
1.The wireless network is Ravers and the password is on the TV table.
2.Air cooler units, fans, lights, tv, stove, oven, and water heater are not to be left on when leaving the home.
3.Bedroom doors should always be closed when the air cooler units are in use. Please turn off the air cooler units when leaving the room.
4.Please turn on the water heater 30 minutes before use and turn off.
5.To turn on shower in bathroom, pull down knob on underside of bath spout.
6.Please do not leave faucets running. Water is a very precious commodity.
7.Please remove comforters and pillow shams from the beds before turning in.
8.Please do not hang garbage bags on the kitchen cupboard door knobs. Please use the garbage bin located in the cupboard beneath the counter top stove.
9.There should be no smoking in the home. Please use available open air spaces for smoking.
10.Please do not remove keys for the front door grille, laundry and garden area from the premises. After use, please return keys to the proper location.
11.Please lock the home securely at nights before turning in and when leaving the home.
12.Before leaving the home please check to ensure that everything is off.
13.There is a prepaid mobile phone for your use while at the home and you may add credit as needed. The phone and charger should be returned to the proper location when checking out.
14.Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
15.Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you.

Grace is a very warm host and she made me feel comfortable even before I got there. Eve when a few practical issues came up, she handled them well and that proves a good host. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and the surroundings are relaxing. It has a down to earth and unpretentious vibe to it and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Nice apt. Close to everything we needed. Unfriendly neighbors in community. We felt judged and unconformable as we entered and exited the compound. Also our meditation practices were met by complaints.

Beautiful Apartment, close to shops and main Taxi routes, was a comfortable stay in a safe secure area. If I return to Jamaica will be sure to stay here again...

Our stay in Ravers Apartment was excellent - we were only in Kingston a few days and Grace looked after us brilliantly. She was very accommodating in meeting us when we needed to be met, and was always on hand to help. I would definitely recommend staying here.
