Previously the home of Southwest Artist Noel Daggett, and now restored to reflect Classic Tucson. Artistic vignettes remain while modern upgrades have been added. 6 working fireplaces, many private outdoor spaces along with a number of larger outdoor meeting spaces, and a main Dining room that seats 10. The 1.5 acre site is private yet close to some of the best restaurants and shopping Tucson offers. A very unique property that is truly a retreat that both a small or larger groups can enjoy.
The Guest House has it's own kitchen, and two private bedrooms with private baths and private entrances and seating areas. The main house has 3 large sized bedrooms, with the master having it's own fireplace and large custom designed bathroom with private patio. The property is surrounded by a fence allowing for the roaming of pets without concern of desert creatures.
The Property is located on a private road leading to a number of private houses, and the neighborhood is quite and peaceful, and we would like to respect the nature of the surroundings, and keep in tune with the feel of the area.
