Little Venice may be London’s best kept secret! You will be pleasantly surprised at how charming and beautiful the waterfront buildings, bobbing colourful boats on the canal and picturesque tree-line streets really are. Take long walks by the canal and enjoy a live comedy show in a cosy setting at the Canal Café Theatre or take the children to Puppet Theatre Barge – a wonderfully unique setting for a puppet show which the children are sure to love! There are many wonderful cafés and restaurants dotted around, with many sitting waterside and a good choice on the high roads alongside convenience stores and supermarkets. You are within walking distance of Lord’s Cricket Ground - which is an iconic sport’s ground as well as home to one of the oldest sports museums in the world! You can book a guided tour of the grounds via the Lord’s website, which is highly recommended! Slightly further away are the beautiful green lawns of Regent’s Park which houses ZSL London Zoo as well as a lovely rose garden, a boating lake and lots of open space for picnics or sports – something for everyone!

With Warwick Avenue train station on your doorstep, it couldn’t be easier to get around. Reach the beautiful green lawns of Regent’s Park in minutes via the Bakerloo line for London Zoo or to wander around the stunning flower beds in its landscaped gardens. Paddington Station is also within walking distance from you and connects to the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines as well as the Heathrow Express.

My name is Tom and along with my team I manage this collection of hand-picked apartments and houses for their individual owners while they are away. Each property is carefully selected and offers a stylish living experience and excellent value.

As a lifelong Londoner I love having the opportunity to share these spaces, my knowledge and personal recommendations about this great city with those visiting for both short and long term stays.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
