4 year old new build condo in SE Calgary. Fully furnished with modern and cozy theme. Each bedroom has direct access to own washroom; second bedroom has available dresser and closet space. Easy access to beautiful walking and bike path system. Convenience store, pizza & donair shop and coffee shop in walking distance and major shopping center less than 5 minute drive away. Also close to the new and innovative SE Calgary Health Campus, Spruce Meadows and the Calgary Corn Maze.

Friendly quiet building; mix of retirees and young professionals.

Access to condo, balcony with natural gas BBQ and visitor parking up to 3 days per week (street parking for more than 3 days per week).

I will be available to great guests upon arrival and answer any additional questions about the property. If I am unavailable I have either my neighbor or my friend greet guests and they know the layout very well.

Calgary has an amazing bike and walking path system and you have direct access to a lovely walk through a nature reserve marsh and a walk through the neighborhoods of Copperfield and neighboring New Brighton. Fish Creek park is a 5 minute drive from the condo as well. There is ample shopping at 130th Ave and South Center and Chinook Malls are 15-20 minute drives away. Easy access to the down town Calgary and the stampede grounds via Calgary transit; I suggest driving to Anderson Station where there is plenty of free parking. If you would like to head north to the Cross Iron Mill Mall in Balzac Copperfield boarders the newly built ring road which takes you quickly up towards the airport and to Balzac home of our newest and biggest mall as well as the newly built race track facilities. You also have easy access to beautiful southern Alberta from the condo. A ten minute drive south will take you to the Saskatoon Berry Farm a wonderful family friendly experience. You can also travel a little further to see the 'Big Rock' south of Okotoks, check out the set of Heartland in High River and experience Alberta's largest outdoor farmer's market in Millarville on Saturdays June 18-Oct. 8. If you love the outdoors countless breathtaking hikes and seasonal skiing await you in near by Kanaskis Country, Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise.

Calgary Transit bus stop at the end of the street which will connect you with Sommerset C-Train Station.

Nearest C-Train station if you are driving is Anderson station.

Week day check ins will need to be after 5 pm as I work Monday - Friday. If this is too much of an inconvenience I will try my best to work out an alternative.

Myself and my cat and dog stay at this property in between bookings so if you have allergies this is not a suitable location.

No air conditioning in the unit.

Dishes should be rinsed and loaded into dishwasher (dish soap packets under the sink if you need to run the washer before you depart).
No vacuuming, moping, sweeping etc. required but I expect the condo to be left in reasonably clean manner.

Do not use the guest parking on the property without a guest parking pass - the property management is dilligent with their ticketing.
