The elegant Sangria Room includes a plush queen size bed. Empty and ready for you to use are: a nightstand, dresser, and closet. For your piece of mind at night there is an inner lock on the door. If you bring your dog, we will provide a dog bed and water bowl for Fido's comfort.

This is our only Airbnb room, so we cater to your needs!

You will have full use of the house and large yard. The kitchen and cookware is available for your use, and let us know if there is anything from the garden that you would like to add to your meal! We encourage you to sit in the living room and read, watch a DVD or choose from our digital library.

The bathroom has a shower over tub with shampoo, soap, clean towels and washcloths for your use. Although we share this bathroom with you, you are given priority and we only use it for essentials while you are around.

Wifi works so well you can stream a video from any corner of the property!

One of us is usually at home to take care of your needs, answer any questions you may have, and give you an educational tour of our garden.

Want to know the closest dog park, the best taproom, or what food to grow in winter? We are happy to give you our tips! If you have come for some peace and quiet, don't worry, we aren't chatty people, just polite.

This room is our only Airbnb room, thus you will be our only guests. Breakfast will be served when you want it. See below for just some of the exciting breakfast choices.

Enjoy the fun of downtown with the calm of a suburban street. We have plenty of parking in our own quiet cul-de-sac, where kids can play in the street. Just walk a few blocks and you're in the lively downtown with hot bars, guitars playing, and food options from french to vegan.

The Hyatt and Marriott are just around the corner for those going to a wedding or conference and want a friendlier, more fun, and more sustainable place to stay.

Anywhere you go you will get bad news, here is ours upfront:
-Highway 12 is our backyard neighbor - good side: it is raised up so what you see is a forest and we are very close to the highway access of 12 and 101. Bad side: highway hum primarily during the day you may not be used to. However, your room is on the side opposite the highway for added quiet.
-Hidden behind an ivy covered fence across the street is a secluded towing company. They do not have many calls and most of their work is done during daylight hours. The drivers are considerate to the residential area.

Our street is quiet and peaceful given its awesome location downtown!

We are close to bus stops and a pleasant walk to lots of restaurants and fun! There is a creek trail with an entrance just a block away that shortcuts the walk or bike ride to Russian River Brewing Co!

Our home is within walking distance to more than 20 restaurants with a variety of cuisine options, boutique shops, and urban wine tasting rooms. We are within a 20 minute drive to more than 200 wineries, Bodega Bay, the Russian River, and Armstrong Redwoods!

Organic and Sustainable
Breakfast from our Garden is free for guests! You will have many options to choose from. The quiche and frittata are crowd favorites. Don't be afraid to try the whole wheat waffles cooked with veggies and cheese in the griddle, topped with spiced zucchini syrup. Enjoy fair trade coffee (french press or espresso) or organic green tea with your breakfast while you gaze at our garden from your private table in our sun room.

Grey-water from washing your sheets, towels, and napkins is used to water our Orange and Avocado Trees for future guests to enjoy! Feel good that sustainable choices are being made by the place you stay.

Free Pet Sitting!
We love all animals. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your pet on vacation with you. If you would like to go out to some of those places, which sadly, don't welcome your best friend, we are happy to stay home with Fido and make sure he has a happy time too! Our backyard is fenced and dog safe and we have experience with lots of different animals.

Our 501(c)(3) non-profit has received support from many corporations; GoPro, Volkswagen, Walmart, Deputy Sheriffs' Association and many more.

Dave And Lisa

We love hosting travelers and sharing gardening tips. We have been hosting Farm Tours and Farm to Picnic meals for over 4 years. Our efforts to promote sustainable farming have been featured on CBS, the Huffington Post and the Mercury News to mention a few.

Dave loves sailing. He has sailed halfway around the world (Seychelles to Trinidad via the Cape of Good Hope) and has taught advanced sailing for the University of California Irvine. Dave speaks a bit of Spanish and German and can say hello and thank you in 10 other languages. Prior to dedicating his life to sustainable living, he worked as an aerospace consultant for NASA.

Lisa loves all creatures great and small and has probably had every kind of pet you can imagine. If you want to bring your hamster, she knows how to take care of it! Lisa loves cooking, not just easy things, she makes her own yogurt and bread from scratch. Lisa loves working for the library because it gives free access of movies and books to everyone.

We have two furry members of our family, both females. Kiely is a 13 year old calm husky who welcomes every guest with warmth and class like she is running the Airbnb herself! Bella, a Chihuahua puppy, is know to wiggle and dance if you sing a song.

For more information on Lisa and Dave internet search: "Hollyhill Hummingbird Farm Meet The Staff" and scroll to the bottom of the staff page.
