Yu/Yuko is actually not the host/owner of the property. She is just act as an operator/middle person who help to manage.
The owner who lives together in the property is Duke, a local Japanese.
There are 2 rooms that he rent out for Airbnb.
It's a lovely, quiet and convenient neighbourhood with 24 hours Kohyo supermarket nearby, JR Namba station and some nice eateries.
If you come home late, better stay as quiet as possible because you can easily disturb other people if you make some noise. Duke told me to shower with least noise but I know he hopes I don't shower after midnight. Even I feel uneasy to shower if it's late. Luckily it's still winter time and I can choose to shower in the morning.
The check in time stated is after 5pm which is quite late. That might be little bit inconvenient for guests who arrive early. Yuko even asked me to check in after 6pm which is even later than time stated. Luckily I was staying in other hotel in shinsaibashi which I can place my luggage there before I manage to check in here.
Oh yeah, remember to get your key in the mailbox which is situated beside the entrance, but slightly hidden at the back. Not the one you will see clearly inside the building, behind the main gate.
I spent quite a long time to figure out where is the mailbox to get my key.
After all, I was happy with my stay. My room is spacious, comfortable and lovely. I'll surely come back again if there's any chance.
Thanks Duke for your hospitality.
