I was born in Uganda, am British by birth, American by citizenship and have been traveling all my life. My working life has taken me from being a zoo keeper in England, apple picking in New Zealand, and finally becoming a chef and working in Scotland, France and the US. I received my pilots license several years ago in the US, and enjoy running when time allows. While I have lived and worked in many fascinating places, the four childhood years I spent in Belize captured my heart. With my children now grown I have moved to Belize, and am so happy to call it my home. I am very well situated here in Cayo for easy access to Mayan ruins and adventure tours among other exciting and interesting Belizean wonders. I look forward to sharing my lovely cabanas and adopted country with you.
