The apartment is based over two levels and has soaring 11ft ceilings and beautiful big windows streaming with sunlight. It's an upmarket and stylish space, with privacy, yet super central and close to shops, nightlife and transport and there's even great cafes in our building!
All of our appliances were purchased in 2016, and we have 100% cotton bed linen, infact all the comforts of home!

A reminder of the grand industrial past of Pyrmont and economic strength of the Federation era, the building's interiors retain many of the original features. Ideally placed barely a stroll to theatres, galleries, restaurants, manicured parklands and regular transport, it is no more than a few minute's walk into Haymarket and the heart of the city.

The bedding configuration downstairs comprises of one queen bed in the main bedroom and two single beds that can be placed together in the second bedroom. We also have a fold out single sofabed located in the living room, for the fifth guest.
Please note we do not provide beach towels and request that guests not remove our towels from the apartment. If you're planning to use our swimming pool, hot tub/spa, sauna or gym please bring beach towels.
In addition we provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar and a range of condiments such as oil for cooking, however do not provide breakfast.

You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment - a huge two storey, two bedroom, two bathroom warehouse loft.
Please note - that there is a hotel that shares the same building however we are not at all associated. As a result we ask that guests not to make requests of the front desk staff or the Conceirge. If you accidentally set off the fire alarm however please inform the Conceirge immediately on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). We also unfortunately cannot offer any luggage storage facilities.

CAR RENTAL -
Europcar is the closest car rental firm and they are located in the building next door, in 320 Harris Street Pyrmont (access via Camden Lane). You can book with them online.
TRAVEL FROM THE AIRPORT -
Either Uber or Taxis are great options or alternatively if you’re looking to take public transport from the airport take the Sydney Airport Domestic Train Station or the Sydney Airport International Train Station and purchase a train ticket to Central Station. Walk to Platform 1. All trains from Platform 1 go to Central Station.
Get off at Central Station and take the Light Rail which is located near the Country link platforms. Purchase a ticket on-board to the Sydney Convention Centre. Get off Sydney Convention Centre, take the walkway for 10 metres. Turn left to Pyrmont Street and walk for 130 metres until you arrive at the apartment at 243 Pyrmont Street. The travel time is approximately 22 minutes.
Secure Parking operates a parking station in the building next door at 320 Harris Street Pyrmont (enter via Camden Lane). It's easily accessible to our building and undercover (for an indication of fees, please visit Secure Parking’s website for further details, and it is recommended that you book ahead online ).
To access the parking in the building next door, take the lift to level 2 and turn left, then walk to the glass doors and turn left, then and cross the lane way in to Secure Parking. To re-enter the building on level 2, you will need to use your swipe card at the glass doors and for the lifts.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated and the controller is located on the wall of the staircase. To turn it on press the button on the left and choose the snowflake symbol. To turn it off, press the button on the left again and choose the house symbol. Please turn the unit off whenever you are leaving the apartment.
Please remember you are staying in our home. As a result we ask that you take care of the apartment during your stay.
The apartment is located in a residential complex so under no circumstances are parties or additional guests allowed and the noise levels are monitored by building security. If we are called by the building security or the concierge about excessive noise or complaints from neighbours, you will be asked to vacate the apartment immediately as you will be in breech of our house rules and you will be required to find alternate accommodation.
The entire apartment and the apartment complex (including the foyers and pool area) are strictly non smoking as a result of a By-Law. Anyone found in breech of this rule will be asked to vacate and find alternate accommodation immediately. They will also be required to pay $300 to cover the cost of carpet cleaning and sanitation.
Please take care when cooking particularly on the stove top, not to set off the fire alarm. In the event that you do set off the alarm by accident, please press the button on the fire alarm which is located on the ceiling. This will turn it off. Please immediately inform the concierge (who is located in the lobby) not to call the fire brigade. In the event that the fire brigade are called there is a $1250 fee payable and this cost will be passed on to you as the guest if you are responsible.
You agree to leave the apartment totally free of litter, and clean and tidy. The main rubbish bins are located on each floor in the room next to the lifts (the red bins are for rubbish and the green bins are for paper and bottle recycling).
You agree to under no circumstances move the furniture or remove anything from our apartment
If you wish to use the pool, spa, sauna or gym please bring your own towels. Bath towels are provided for guests but they must remain in the apartment.
Please note - we have a firm checkout time of 10am. Unfortunately there is no flexibility to extend this beyond 10am as we have a contract with our cleaning company and have agreed to have the apartment vacant by then so they can prepare the apartment for incoming guests.
