My flat is close to the Danube (just five minutes by foot). If you want to reach the subway you have the station "Floridsdorf" in 10 minutes by foot range or you take a bus for reaching it.
The view from the oriel is nice. The ceiling leaves you enough air to breath because they are 3.2m above the floor.
I would say two people fit the flat well, more is already becoming an issue for good organisation.

I'm living in Vienna for already six years. If one would ask me what I like doing most I would say it is dancing. I'm dancing Salsa and likewise dances for now over ten years and would consider myself not a bad dancer. ;) Vienna is a great city if you want to have some evening night open air Salsa at the Danube. There are not much things close to that, believe me. :)
My travel retreats are usually in range of a daily bus ride, because I'm not a big fan of flying in planes. I'm a big fan of the Harmony camp in Croatia.
The books I'm usually reading are not plain fare. (Most of the authors I've read were smart guys like Ernst Cassirer, Karl Marx, Theodor W. Adorno, Friedrich Nietzsche, Platon, Sokrates), which of course doesn't mean, I'm as smart as them. Not at all!
There is one author among them, who impressed me in a special way. It was Erich Fromm. I read almost everything written by him. He changed my mind in a positive, maybe critical way. There even was the time when I tried to catch up with Paulo Coelho and his weird understanding of fatalism. I'm not sure I suceeded.
Hey and I also tried plain fare novels written by Lessing, Goethe, Miguel de Unamuno and Robert Schneider (what a weird consecution, isn't it?). It was a blitheness reading them. Oh and I love sci-fi and fantasy! (Hyperion, Contact, Eragon, A song of fire and ice, ...)
My wife makes quite some breakfast and if you are interested can even cook for you. The kitchen is quite Serbian so it's containing meat and nice and strong herbs, be ready for that. :)
