This apartment sleeps up to 12 people across 3 bedrooms. Conveniently located on Kowloon side within a few short steps to Jordan MTR, this apartment offers you the chance to see all of the regions best tourist attractions, dining, nightlife, markets and endless shopping opportunities without ever venturing far from home.

My place is a great fit for families (with kids) and big groups.

Convenient 3 bedroom apartment for you to stay in during your time in Hong Kong! It is conveniently situated in the bustling Yau Tsim Mong district (abbreviation for Yau Ma Tei, Tsim Sha Tsui & Mong Kok). It is next to the Jordan MTR - it is really just 20-30 meters from the MTR exit. If you wish to save a few dollars and get some cardio exercise, you can walk to TST and Mong Kok, which is a stone throw away. This apartment is located in a VERY VERY convenient location with MTR within 30 meter to anywhere in Hong Kong.

Below is a brief description of what the apartment contains.

The spacious master bedroom contains a big queen size bed for 2 to sleep in.

One bedroom has a bunk bed with room for 3 to sleep comfortably. The room has a proper desk and office chair as well if you wish to work. If you wish the room can sleep another person on a fold out 20 CM thick tatami style Japanese mattress (it is comfortable). Please do let me know if you need this option AFTER RESERVATION.

The last bedroom (bedroom #2) contains two bunk beds that totally comfortably sleeps 6.

The living room contains a big leather sofa (it arrives on 15th of DEC) where you can snooze, watch TV, or just chill out with your friends. NOW TV has plenty of channels, both international and local channels for your browsing. The sofa doubles up as a sofa bed also if you really need to sleep 2 more people :)

The kitchen contains a washer, fridge, microwave and all the standard utensils, plates etc for you if you wish to use during your stay.

The bathroom is a stand up shower cabinet with a toilet and sink etc. Quite standard :)

What we provide for your stay:

This is the the best location in Hong Kong:

Restaurants: Just outside.
Tsim Sha Tsui: 3 minutes walk.
Central: One minute walk to MTR + 6 minutes by MTR to Central.
Airport Express Station and in-town check in: 10 minutes walk to Kowloon Station (6 minutes by cab)
Macau Ferry Terminal: 6 minutes walk or 4 minutes by taxi
Mong Kok: One minute walk to MTR + 4 minutes by MTR to Mong Kok.
Supermarket: 2 minutes walk
7/11 & other stores: 1 minute walk
Star Ferry: 25 minutes by foot.

You will have the WHOLE Apartment to yourself, no need to share with others.

Yau Tsim Mong District (simplified Chinese: 油尖旺区; traditional Chinese: 油尖旺區; pinyin: Yóujiānwàng Qū, Jyutping: jau4 zim1 wong6 keoi1) is one of 18 districts of Hong Kong, located on the western part of Kowloon Peninsula. It is the core urban area of Kowloon. The district has the third highest population density of all districts. The 2006 By-Census recorded the total population of Yau Tsim Mong District at 280,548.

Primarily, MTR will get you around quickly. It is located 20 meter away (Jordan MTR station).

If you wish to go anywhere by bus in Hong Kong, you can take the bus to whole Hong Kong from Nathan Road.

Lastly, if you wish to go on a day trip to Macau, you can walk 500 meter to the China Ferry Terminal. Ferries sail to Macau every half an hour.

You do not have to worry about transportation at this apartment. It is so convenient located!!

Getting from A to B is easy thanks to great public transport & taxi's right on your doorstep.

LOSS OF KEYS incur a HK$ 300 replacement fee. If there is no replacement key available and locksmith is called to help, the fee is HK$ 700. Please note that we are not responsible for loss of keys.

LATE CHECKOUT not priorly agreed to automatically incur a HK$ 500 late check-out fee that will be deducted from the deposit.

I strongly recommend referring to this list before asking a common household question as you'll most probably find the answer much quicker than waiting for us to come solve something that is not really a problem actually. I really hope this will help you.

BUILDING RESIDENTS WILL COMPLAIN TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IF THE LOBBY AREA INSIDE THE BUILDING OR THE ENTRANCE IS BLOCKED.


For emergency only - if it happens you have no phone to contact us, please find a phone outside at a nearby shop.

Strictly NO SMOKING.

Please treat this as your own home.

Please kindly empty the trash when needed, instead of emptying the trash in one go after multiple days. The rubbish can be disposed into the rubbish bin at the emergency staircase.

Please kindly do not congregate in front of the main entrance to the building on check-in or at any time.

Please kindly do not block the entrance to the building or wait in front of the lift in the lobby. If you need to wait for other of your travelling party, please wait somewhere outside on the street.

If you are a larger party with a lot of guests, please be considerate to other residents in the building and enter the building in smaller groups of people. That will ease congestion of the lobby area, and avoid residents complaining about unnecessary many people and luggage in the elevator. If you are a lot of guests, please consider to enter/leave the building and apartment in smaller groups to avoid congesting elevators, lobbies etc :)

Do make yourself at home, but please help save the environment by turning off the air conditioner and all electrical appliances when you leave the apartment, many thanks for your cooperation.

If somebody or the security guards asks, please tell them you are a friend of mine. This is because the apartment is located in a private residential building.

If possible, please kindly remove all flight check-in sticker labels from the luggage, so as not to cause unnecessary attention from residents.

Please be considerate and keep your noise-levels down at ALL times at common areas. Please be extra considerate of other residents between 11PM-7AM to avoid complaints.

The water heater needs to be turned off when not in use. This is to avoid it from breaking - If your heater breaks during your stay you may not have hot water for the rest of the period. In certain cases, some of the water heaters are engineered in a way to discharge excess hot water, that will potentially cause some minor flooding if the heater is left on for prolonged time! Therefore: PLEASE TURN IT OFF.

In the case that you have an evening departure flight:
Please note that you can check in your luggage at anytime during the same day as your flight at the Airport Express station, which is located at Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station. That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.

Q) There is no hot water / how does the water heater work?
A) Unless otherwise stated, nearly all of my apartments will have a water heater switch on the outside of the bathroom that **MUST** be turned on prior to using the water.
Please look for a switch with a red light on the wall before entering the bathroom, or you can turn on all the switches.
For gas heaters, it will warm up instantly the water when you use it.
For electric heaters, please note that it takes 5-10 minutes for the heater to warm up the water. Dependent on how much water you use for the shower, the temperature over time will decrease if you take a long hot water shower - all that is required is to wait a bit for the heater to reheat before you take the next shower :)

In rare cases there may be no water switch on the outside of the bathroom, in these scenarios simply run the bath tap to kick start the water heater.

WARNING:
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ON THE WATER HEATER WHEN NOT IN USE AS THIS MAY CAUSE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO THE HEATER, YOURSELF OR THE APARTMENT.


Q) How do I use the TV?
A) In most of my apartments there will be free cable TV provided, please enter the 3 digit channel number to watch any of the available channels below. The "source" on the TV should be set to HDMI and then you can use the cable TV remote to press HOME to see the subscribed channels, or you can enter the channel.


Q) Where should I throw the garbage?
A) Please kindly throw away garbage DAILY. Do not collect garbage, and please dispose of your garbage daily as we do not want any unusual garbage quantity when you check out or after a few days. Thanks for your kind understanding :) Please empty your rubbish into the bins provided in the stairwell or ground floor for management to collect.

If there is no bin in the stairwell or ground floor then please note that you are expected to dispose of this yourself into the nearest public bin.


Q) Where should I leave the key when I check out?
A) Please leave the key either under the doormat outside the apartment (if provided) or on the TV cabinet / dining table.
Please note that lost keys WILL BE CHARGED FOR.


Q) Is house keeping provided / will someone change my sheets & towels?
A) Please understand that we are not a hotel - and do not provide housekeeping services.

Unless previously agreed upon, please note that no cleaning or house keeping service will be provided during your stay.


Q) There is no flushing / running water please help!
A) Due to the ever changing nature of Hong Kong there are many maintenance works carried out on water tanks by the buildings management team or as part of public maintenance works.
In the rare event that there is no flushing and/or running water please look for a notice sign in the lobby or common area before contacting me. Please understand that in these instances I am unable to control the buildings water maintenance schedule - the affected water supply should return back to normal within 24 hrs unless stated otherwise.


Q) The stove isn't working please help!
A) In some of my apartments I might have an induction cooker / hot plate as a stove. Please note that as a safety precaution these devices will auto-off if there is no pot on the cooker.


Q) Can I have a late checkout?
A) Due to tight schedules of our 3rd party cleaning staff I am usually unable to provide a late checkout.
If you have a late flight please use the In-Town Check In service at either Kowloon or Hong Kong station; this service will allow you to check in your luggage anytime from 24hrs up to 90mins before your scheduled departure. Should your airline not let you check-in in-town, there is a luggage storage at the airport that can store your luggage for a small amount.
You are free to ask for a late checkout - and it can be arranged for a small nominal fee. It is more for us to reschedule and pay a cleaner to come later than originally.


Q) I have arrived early and the apartment isn't clean!
A) Unless previously stated our check in time is 2pm. Please understand that the cleaning staff are extremely busy and guests who arrive earlier than previously agreed upon may find that there apartment has yet to be serviced by the cleaning staff. Although unfortunate at times that this might happen, we endeavor to provide you with the best service, and we thank you for your understanding in advance.

第一次一行人十一人到香港,能找到這麼一個房可以一起住真的太好了! 房主人很nice,在出行前一天和當天也有提醒多次房間的注意事項,下次再去香港玩一定會到這裡住的。 「位置」位置方面,很好找,在佐敦地鐵A出口出來後直走轉右,到達南京街就看到美明大廈了。 「入住」採用的是自主入住方式,我們到達後很快就進入房裡面了。房主和房屋規則也有說到要兩點才能入住,提前入住可能會房屋還沒搞好衛生的。 「房間」房子裡面就和圖片一模一樣,還帶有廚房,非常方便。熱水器不用等很久,十來分鐘就可以了。就是廁所的沖水有點問題,後來到樓下才看到原來是碰上了停水,不過這個也影響不大。

Rick is a very helpful and accommodating host. Although we didn't have the chance to meet in person, Rick was prompt, polite and ever helpful with any request, including rushing someone out to meet my friends, who had arrived earlier than the expected check in time. Thanks for having us! I'd recommend this place to groups looking for a central location that is easy and convenient for all areas of Hong Kong.

Rick apartment is really big (for HK standard ) as you know most of house in HK is small. We are big group 8adult with 1 kid and We can stay comfortably in the house. AC is great in each room however we only turn on 1 as the weather is cooling in Dec. Utensil are available so i prefer to buy take away food for my kid to eat at home. Hair dryer , iron and washing machine are available too. Its really a home for me. Location is good as Jordan MTR exit B1 os having lift to go up at street level (can avoid climbing steps) and this really helps as i have 5 elderly travelling with me. There are 7 eleven and restaurant downstair which make our stay enjoyable. Overal stay is good. However would like to give 2 cents of my view : will be good if you can use keyless for the door (use pin password) so everyone can go in / out easily without waiting each other. Again, thanks for your service, Rick !!
