A fabulous large multi level townhouse, 2/3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 courtyards, 2 balconies - right in the heart of vibrant Subiaco.

Le logement

A delightful modern terrace house less than 100 metres from the restaurants, coffee shops and shopping of Rokeby Road – the centre of Subiaco. We do have a strict 3 night minimum stay.

Terrace One is in the western end of Churchill Avenue, in the heart of older Subiaco.

Churchill Avenue runs into Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth’s favourite shopping areas with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, fashion, supermarkets and fresh food markets within a very short walk from the house.

Terrace One is a beautiful modern 3 level townhouse with it’s own private front and rear courtyards, 2 balconies and it’s own street frontage. It has two master bedrooms, both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate study on the lowest level with it’s own courtyard and ensuite which, with the added bonus of a double sofa bed, can easily be used as a 3rd bedroom. The house is fully air-conditioned and has 2 undercover secure parking bays.

The rear courtyard has a bbq and outdoor dining area, and there is also seating on both balconies, which look over the street and into the canopy of trees along Churchill Avenue.

The house is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth. Churchill Avenue is only a short walk to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also just a short distance away are the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty’s Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Our properties are all fully “self catered” – once you arrive and settle in we won’t interrupt you with cleaning and servicing. If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $40 per hour.

Terrace One in Churchill Avenue is a beautiful home and is about as close to the centre of Subiaco as you can be – a peaceful relaxing alternative to the hotel lifestyle.

Strictly non smoking and sorry but no parties or noisy gatherings.

We also have portable baby cots for a one off hire fee of $30 for the cot and linen.

Please leave our house in a clean and tidy condition with all dishes washed and returned to their correct places. An extra cleaning charge will be deducted from your bond if the property is left in an overly dirty or untidy state, or if ovens, cook tops and bbqs are left in a dirty and grimy state, or linen or towels are badly stained (fake tan, makeup and hair dye being the worst culprits). We will endeavour to provide photographic evidence in such cases. No security bond will be withheld unless we have entered into, or attempted to enter into discussions with you first. The bond will only be withheld in cases of damage, theft or extra cleaning if required.

Please no cooking of strong smelling foods such as curries or seafood in the houses. It is very difficult to remove these strong food odours and we like to keep our houses smelling nice and fresh for following guests.

Sorry but we have a strict no party policy. Large or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated in our peaceful residential neighbourhoods.

Please place all household rubbish in bin bags (kept in the kitchen) and place in large council bin located in the rear courtyard. Try to recycle where possible. On MONDAY evenings, please place the bin outside your back gate so we can come and take it to the street for council collection.

Perfect location - close to shops and eateries in Subiaco. Great coffee nearby! Good facilities for two couples (extra toilets etc) and kitchen very well equipped. Nice area out the back for BBQs . All in all a great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Terrace One in Churchill Avenue. Great location and a quiet place! Wonderful to stay with kids. Everything is just like on the pictures. The host was amazingly welcoming and helpful. We loved welcome tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival. Highly recommended!

3 golfers enjoyed their stay here at Nola's place. Description was accurate and the location was good for food and drinks within walking distance. Car park was excellent as it connects directly to the lower room. A couple of doors had difficulties to open and shut but we believe this can be easily fixed. Overall... a very nice place to stay and chill out with friends.

Es ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

We had a fabulous stay in churchill avenue, I would definitely recommend the property along with the host, Nola. She was very friendly and kept in contact checking we had everything we needed and to let us know we could contact her if we had any problems. Our 16 night stay was fantastic, the property is very well appointed and the location is great.
