Book our luxury home for your next vacation with views of the Valley Mountains and only a short distance to the heart of Whistler village, Gondola and with access to the ski trails just a short walk away from the house.

Located in the popular Northern Lights Complex on Whistler Mountain, perched above the Westin Resort & Spa this five bedroom, four bathroom, three level townhome offers mountain views, a private hot tub and wood burning fireplace amongst other great features (see photos and video for tour of the home) to make your vacation memorable.

Relax in the cozy open plan living and dining room with vaulted cathedral windows whilst enjoying the view of the valley mountains, wood burning fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Head out to the private balcony and enjoy views of the surrounding mountains while tending to the BBQ or relax in the private hot tub on the side deck. The garage and entryway are located on the first floor with stairs leading up to the main living floor.

Located on the top floor is the master bedroom which features a four poster king bed, flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large shower. The second master bedroom also on this upper level features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a bathtub with overhead shower. The third and fourth guest bedrooms are located on the main living floor. The third guest bedroom features two bunk beds (one with a double bottom bed) and the fourth guest bedroom features a queen bed and sliding door access to the deck with the hot tub. The separate bathroom on this level features an oversized glass-enclosed shower and double vanity. The fifth guest bedroom found on the entry level features a Queen/ Twin bunk bed and a en-suite bathroom.

Ski-in via a ski trail off the Lower Olympic ski run that ends with a climb down 100 plus stairs to the middle of the Northern Lights neighborhood. Guests can use this same access, just a short walk from the house, to ski-out by climbing up the stairs and then a short hike up the ski trail to the Lower Olympic run. The ski access is most suitable for intermediate and higher skiers.

This home features an in-suite washer and dryer, garage parking for two standard size vehicles with ski / snowboard storage and complimentary high speed wireless internet.

Whistler and Blackcomb mountains have been voted No1 ski hills in North America over the years, skiing at its best or some fun hiking or mountain biking in the summer months; a great place to visit.

You will be renting the whole home and will be provided with a code for the digital front door lock at check in. After you get a confirmed booking for the home we will send to you a check in email with full details of how to get to our local check in office. At check in you will be required to provide a credit card for a damage deposit of $1,500 which will be a hold on your credit card and will not be charged to your card unless there is damage or a chargeable event.

Suitable For: Adults - Min Age to Stay: 28 For booking the minimum age is 28. Children with their family are, of course, welcome. Please see Young Adult Groups section below for further details. The maximum number of people staying in the home at any time is thirteen. Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking. Not Suitable For: Celebrations & Special Events Absolutely no parties or special events can be hosted in the property and premises without prior written permission. Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties NO stag/stagettes are permitted. Such gatherings will result in immediate eviction. Pets No pets allowed. Smoking Inside Permitted No smoking is allowed inside our property. Wheelchairs Ask for details. Our homes has stairs to reach the main area and bedrooms. Young Adult Groups All guests must be 28 years of age or over to reserve and stay in our property; immediate eviction will occur if under age are found in the home without parents. Children with their family are, of course, welcome. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation upon arrival to guests who have booked over the Internet, phone and through a third party and do not meet the age requirement. This policy is strictly enforced and no refund will be issued either prior or during your stay. Policy Reservation & Cancellation Policies: Guest Identification Documents The person securing the booking must check in and will be required to present identification documentation upon check-in. We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property. Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) as outlined in this document. Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable unless we can replace your reservation. We will refund your money or part of it if we can replace your booking at the same amount of the gross rent for the complete booking that you made; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the original booking. Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable. Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays. Check in and Damage Deposit Information Information on check in access will be e-mailed in advance of your arrival. The door code will be provided at the time of check in. A credit card hold will be taken at check in for the damage deposit of $1,500. The credit card is not charged unless the rental property is damaged by the renters. In the event of damage, lost keys or parking pass, estimated costs of repair for any damage, replacement keys or parking pass, incurred during this rental period will be charged to the credit card. If there are exceptional cleaning charges resulting from this rental, over and above what is expected for a normal clean, the extra costs will be charged to this credit card. Please refrain from smoking in the home. Please remove outdoor shoes at the front entry. Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation and loss of money paid. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. Guest Stay Policies Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible. Check-In Time 4:00 PM. Check-Out Time 11:00 AM. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. Excessive Cleaning Costs Extra charges will be made for excessive cleaning of the unit on departure. Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund. Housekeeping Clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; once on the 7th day if staying 14 days or longer. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless Internet is available at the full responsibility of the guest using it. Illegal downloads are forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred; the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages. Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort. Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure. Maintenance Emergencies Call check in desk Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 persons overnight - excess occupants will result in immediate eviction. Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies. Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the unit is not tolerated at anytime and can result in eviction. Quite time is between 10 pm and 8 am. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for costs resulting from noise complaints, which charges are not limited to, but could include security patrols and Strata fines. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 10 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring families. Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur. Please do not park on any roadway unless you have a parking pass displayed in your vehicle and only then in the designated spots. Please request the parking pass at time of check in (Northern Lights property). Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice. Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property or occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Ski in/Ski out Access Ski in/ski out access is beyond our control due to inclement weather. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen closures and it is the guest's responsibility to determine whether ski in/ski out access is available. The trails are more suitable for intermediate or advance skiers and early and later in the season the access might become more difficult or not usable at all. Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted after a warning except in extreme situations, in which case the guests may be evicted on the first offense. Evictions will result from property damage, excessive noise, excess guests, police complaints, use of illicit substances and other situations that can cause harm to other people or property.

Great location and perfect for big family visiting Whistler. Quiet surroundings but still very close to the village. Love the small balcony where we BBQ two nights in a row with cold beers in hand. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody who is traveling to Whistler with small children or a big group.

Amazing place to stay with everything we could have wanted. Great beds, amazing bathrooms, and extremely close to the Village. Would highly recommend and am excited to stay there again. The check-in process was a cumbersome and a bit problematic as it goes through a third party company, but Jeremy was phenomenal in helping guide me through it. Excellent individual to deal with, and I appreciated his help. This is definitely a 5-star property with 5-star renters.

What a lovely cozy and comfortable place to stay. Me and my friends really enjoyed the house. There's extra parking as well. We would love to return again :) cheers!
