Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1939 as a Usonian home, expanded by Wright in 1948, tripling the size of the home. Cypress and brick interior and exterior. One of only two Wright homes in Kansas City. Feel free to look up the Sondern-Adler house for additional pictures and information.

Our guests will have access to a private room and bath, and all of the common areas in and outside of the house. There is a caretaker living in the residence who may come and go from the property. He sleeps in another bedroom wing.

I will try my best to meet you and give you a house tour and cocktails upon your arrival. I will also have plenty of suggestions for restaurants, bars, and entertainment, etc...

The Roanoke neighborhood is on the National Historic Registry and is filled with a number of remarkable homes mostly dating to the early 1900's including the Thomas Hart Benton Museum located next door to my home. Please look up the neighborhood for more information.

We encourage guests to pull all the way up ihn the driveway and park next to the house

Please keep in mind that this is an historic home and I've tried to keep it as original as possible that includes the kitchen and the bathrooms.
