It 's located by Shinjyuku and Kabukicyo, and there're a lot of restaurants near the place.
You can go to major spots easily, so here's very convenient to go shopping and sightseeing.
It's about 20 minutes on foot from this room to the bus terminal "BASUTA Shinjuku".
It's a maisonette room with loft, being located in the middle of the big town, and you can reach to the room within 4 minutes walk from Marunochi Line Shinjyuku-Gyoen station!
Also you can walk home from Shinjyuku, so you don't need to be worried about the time of last train, so fully enjoy playing around in Shinjyuku!
There are 24-hour-open grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, hospital, etc. in Shinjyuku, so you'll never have any defficulties finding shops!
It's close to the thriving area, and has good access to everywhere, but also there is a big parkland in Shinjyuku-Gyoen, which I can recommend you to visit to have relaxing time in the middle of the big city.

Being a native Japanese local, I am very familiar with the city. Please don't hesitate to ask for directions or recommendations for things to do in Tokyo such as bars and restaurants.
There are stairs where a footboard is small in this room steeply. Be necessary to use the vertical ladder which rises for a loft, and when using it, please be careful.
So the small child and the person who is difficulty in walk such as an aged person or physically handicapped person refrain from a stay, please.
I was also writing this effect clearly in a house rule, so the person by whom a stay is accomplished agreed to this notice.
-It's a very quiet place, so please spend after 10 time quietly in the evening.

-Eco. Please kindly switch off air conditioner/heater when you are not using the room.
-Please take off your shoes before you enter the room. It is Japanese custom to take shoes off before you enter the room.
