A great location to spend your time in London, for business or for pleasure. You will stay in a fantastic and convenient area with easy access to the city centre.
The apartment is a former Southwark Council property within a solid early '30s building.
Three are the main ingredients which characterise our flat: love, attention to details and passion. We are also taking good care in preserving part of its original features and intrinsic characteristics.
The flat is a stylish split-level on the top floor, (third floor-no lift) with real wooden floor throughtout which has just been unearthed and consists of 2 good sized double bedrooms, a living room, hall, kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub; the ground floor includes lounge, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet, whereas the bedrooms are located at the first floor.
In the living room you will find a table with colorful chairs, a bookcase full of books at your disposal, and a big and very comfy sofabed to host one more guest. Colorful paintings on the wall, plants and flowers complete and brighten the room.
The kitchen is separate and it's fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and moka coffe maker.
The building is very close to the main street, yet it's quiet and picturesque, with a good and long community history, three gardens looked after by residents and an ample, free, off-street parking area (no parking permit required).
The gardens are lovely and in the warm season can be and are regularly used for barbeques, parties and late afternoon aperitifs.
Staples, B&Q, Halfords, Comet, PC World and a 24hrs ASDA superstore are at a walking distance.
Guests are invited to enjoy the whole flat during their stay; but please be aware that, for technical reasons, if the number of guests is one or a couple, the second room will not be accessible.
For five or six people, the third bed consists in a vintage sofa bed and in a air bed, to be used in what otherwise is the living room.

Dear Guests and Dear Host my name is Federica, I come from Italy, exactly from the beautiful island of Sardinia. I was born in Alghero, a touristic village overlooking the Mediterranean see.
I arrived in London in 2011 for a University Project called Erasmus Placement, and after that I decided to stay permanently in UK to build my life and my career.
Dealing with the last part of my studies, I realised how important the Art World is for me. Being educated from my early age to the love for artistic creation and also inspired by the poetic painting of my grandfather Giovanni Cadeddu, I am more and more close to the Art World and its endless possibilities.
Theatre and art world in general are my passion. I love read, paint and listen to music.
I'm graduated in Communication Sciences and Journalism and in 2013 I achieved my Master Degree in Performing Arts Science and Multimedia Video Production.
I have an outgoing, approachable, friendly and positive personality.
Since January 2014 I am a mother of a beautiful baby boy and an adorable baby girl arrived in our family on September 2015. I got married in August 2014 with the father of my children, his name is Ken and he is my soul mate and inspiration for my life style and way to be.
I am full of love and looking foward to welcome you in one of our rooms or apartments.
