Just finished for the summer of 2014! Very nice 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhome located a block to the private beach in Sussex Shores. 6 decks all with fantastic views of Salt Pond! Wonderful sunsets. Sleeps 14 This is the West side of the structure of the right side when viewing the elevation from the front.

Pet Policy: NO PETS Will BE Permitted.
All Check ins and Check outs must be transacted at the Host Office. Address will be provided upon reservation. No Key will be left at properties.
All of our leases begin at 2:00 P.M. on the date indicated and end at 10:00A.M. on the day of departure. All Keys must be returned to our rental office promptly at 10:00A.M Tenants may secure keys between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. If keys cannot be picked up during these hours, it is the TENANT’S responsibility to notify the hosting Agent so other arrangement can be made. Proactive planning is appreciated.
Personal Checks will be accepted up to 30 days prior to your check-in date. Any payments after the 30 day deadline must be in Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check. WE DO Not Accept Credit Cards for any transactions whatsoever.
Any Reservation made or due to check-in within 30 days require certified payment - This applies for rental equipment as well (Linens, Towels and Beach Equipment).
Each home is designed to sleep a specific number of people which is indicated on your rental agreement. Over loading the home is not allowed and is grounds for eviction.
Smoking: This property is 100% smoke free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house.
Minimum age requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
Tenant is to furnish all Linens, Extra blankets, Towels and paper products. Linen rentals are available but must be coordinated with your host in advance. No linens will be delivered without fully completed payment.

DO NOT PUT SANDY CLOTHES IN THE WASHER AND DRYER
DO NOT IGNORE CLEANING THE GRILL
Enjoy the property and protect it as if it is your own.
Please tidy the property and ensure that Linens are not co-mingled with the Comforters and pillows that need to stay at the property
Place rented items outside for vendor pick-up to avoid addition charges.
Return the property to original condition to avoid additional Fees.
Linens, Towels and Beach Equipment are NOT included with your rental Rentals of these items are available through our preferred rental service. This service provides packages for Linen Rentals, Beach Towels and Beach Equipment such as umbrellas and chairs. Contact your agent for more information on the package for your rental property. Beds are equipped with Comforters, mattress covers and pillows.

Linen Service Based on an overwhelming request we have designed a Linen rental program that keeps cost low and enables one stop shopping with no sheets to clean. Prices vary according to rental property. Contact your Agent for full details. Beach Towel, Cribs and Beach Equipment are also available.
Personal Checks: Personal Checks will be accepted for deposit. Please make all checks payable to Crowley Associates Realty. Balance may be paid with a personal check up to 30 days prior to check in date. Any payments after the 30 day deadline must be Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check.
If the Tenant, family members or guests create any disturbances to the peace which is reported to the Landlord, Police or Crowley (Agent) Associates, or violates any terms of this lease, the Tenant, at the sole discretion and demand of the Landlord and/or his Agent, agrees to vacate the premises immediately upon said demand by the Landlord and/or his Agent. CAUTION: Specific violations of the law, i.e. Acts of Domestic Violence, Assault, Drug Use and/or Possession of Contraband, Destruction of Property, Underage Drinking and/or Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors are strictly prohibited and will be cause for IMMEDIATE EVICTION OF ALL TENANTS/OCCUPANTS and FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES associated with the lease of this property. Landlord and/or his Agent reserve the right to inspect the premises at anytime should there be evidence of activities as noted above.
