If you enjoy tranquility, stunning scenery and luxurious comfortable surroundings you will love this contemporary house which takes full advantage of the stunning surroundings. This spacious ‘home away from home’ is a heaven of tranquility, yet less than 2 miles from Ballyconneely Village.

Directly across the road take a leisurely stroll to Mannin Bay, you have a stunning white sandy beach with breathtaking sea and countryside views. Less than a 15 minute walk is a small boutique hotel, The Connemara Sands, where you can enjoy a cocktail, have a spot of lunch or enjoy fine dining one evening.

Stylishly furnished and offering commanding views, this house is the ideal base for visiting Connemara, Westport, Aran Islands and Galway City. There is ample space for 8 to 10 guests. Each of the bedrooms has stunning panoramic views over the bay, two of which are ensuite. An open fireplace, stunning tiled and wood floors, great quality mattresses, this home is finished to the highest standard with all modern conveniences.

Outside, take a leisurely stroll to Mannin Bay, white sandy beaches with breathtaking sea and countryside views. The sitting room is a wonderful cosy winter haven offering a stove to enjoy and snuggle up on the couch with a good book, or in the summer chill out in the evening capturing light from each window taking in the abundance of natural light and watch the sunset over the Bay.

From the main entrance door, to the left you have the open plan kitchen and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen area with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer. There is an island in the centre of the kitchen. The dining table seats upto 8 people with stunning panaromic sea and mountain views. From the kitchen area is a door leading to the patio area.

When you enter the reception room you are immediately struck by the amazing sea views offered through two large windows, there is comfy couches and armchairs seated around a stove. This room is very stylish with cream wooden floors.

Downstairs bedroom just off the dining area. This room is very bright and airy with a large window to the front of the house overlooking the sea, further window and patio door to the side of the property overlooking the patio area. There is a double bed with an ensuite shower room.

Upstairs you will find a further triple room housing a double and 2 single beds, window overlooking the sea and a velux window to the back of the house. There is ample storage/wardrobe space.

3rd Bedroom is a double with storage space and window overlooking the front.

4th bedroom is a double with storage space, window to the front and an ensuite shower room.

There is a sofa in the hallway – great place to relax and read a book – and enjoy the stunning views from the window overlooking the Bay.

Exterior: Ample parking – large garden – walk directly to the beach.

Strictly no smoking or pets.

There is a pay-as-you-go wifi dongle.

The electricity and oil is included in the price for the months of June, July, August and September, the remaining months are metered upon arrival and departure and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Linen & towels are inclusive in the rental rate.

Please note that €100 security deposit is required upon arrival. As long as there are no breakages or damage to the property this will be refunded on departure less the cost of utilities.

Check-in time is between 4pm & 6pm (If you require a later check-in time please let us know)

Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.

1. Please note that the rental rate is based on a 7 night stay. If you require a rental for over 7 nights (ie 8, 9, 10 ...nights) please contact us for further information
