My place is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district of downtown, our 2 bedroom apt comfortably fits ten and is conveniently located just a 2 minute walk to groceries, coffee and ice cream shops with direct access to a bike trail and near parks

Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Old North End historic district of downtown Colorado Springs, this apartment has convenient access to so much that makes our city a special place.

The apartment is in a mixed residential/business neighborhood and is a 2-minute walk to a grocery store, Starbucks, a community coffee shop and a vintage 1950's ice cream restaurant, and has direct access to the Shooks Run Bike Trail into the business district of downtown and the Rock Island Trail with rides and walks to beautiful mountain and plains vistas on the East side.

Lovely Monument Valley Park and the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail is an easy 4-minute bike ride, drive or easy walk with endless biking and walking trails that form part of the Front Range Trail with paths leading north and south.

Colorado College, with its beautiful campus and regular events is a short 5-minute drive or 8-minute bike ride through the beautiful Gold/Silver Rush homes of the Old North End.

Penrose Hospital, voted one of America's best medical facilities, is also just 2 blocks away.

Patty Jewett Municipal Golf Course, the oldest course West of the Mississippi, is an easy 4-minute drive away.

I lived in Colorado Springs years ago, and had a pretty good idea in advance of where this was, which was perfectly-located for what I was in town for. The neighborhood is old and safe. Doug's place was large, well-supplied, clean, and easy to check in. It's a converted office building, which made for a pleasantly unusual and spacious layout. Guests next door were easy to hear via a locked door between this unit and the next, but this was not a problem, at least for me. We did our best to be considerate, and so did they. Nice view of Pikes Peak straight out the living room window. I'd stay again.

This was a great location, only a few miles from Manitou Springs and close to all the goings on in Colorado Springs. The place was clean and stocked, and we were able to come and go with ease. The host, Doug, was always in contact as needed. Definitely recommend.

Spartan, clean, and spacious. It is a repurposed office building, split into 3 spaces, with common area connecting the units. I had no neighbors during my visit, so I had no problems. Location worked for me because I was spending most time out with family. This was great place to spend the night and to get ready/shower for Christmas holidays.
