This was a great stay. The flats (there are 4 next to the pool) have enough security, are really well furnished with good taste and you have all the appliances you need. AC needs some fixes here and there (specially because the weather was really hot and the units were a little too loud). There are strict rules that guarantee well behavior from you and your next door neighbors.. To me that was a plus. Having Miguel around was really good and handy - he is just a text away. Pool (I didn't get to use it) has a small waterfall and light so it looks great at night. Location was convenient and safe. Because of the heat, I didn't want to walk 5 blocks away, but CVS, Publix and Starbucks are a few blocks away. Thank you so much guys for everything and hope to see you in my next stay around. PS - Important to mention: this is in the middle of Wilton Manors, but opposite to previous experiences, none of my several neighbors were part of the gay community... A couple of ladies and one family... Hope this gives you a complete idea on what to expect.

What a gem! Wonderful staff, beautiful apt, great location. It's perfectly secluded and quiet yet just a few blocks from the local bars, cafes, etc.

Completely as described. I would definitely book again. Peaceful area. Clean apartment generously kitted out with full on kitchenware etc. Overall very happy with my stay. Thanks guys.

Our fourth time with Jeffery which I believe says it all. Communication before and during our stay is wonderful and we always arrive to a spotless, comfortable home. Linens and towels are plentiful and plush, the kitchen is fully stocked and we appreciated the high-end hotel size toiletries. The pool is clean and we enjoyed many days lounging on the provided floaties listening to the bubbler. Location is amazing and we walked everywhere – restaurants, bars, shops, Publix and CVS are just around the corner. You can’t go wrong staying with Jeffery!

First time using AirBnB here in the states and it was a wonderful experience. The communication with Miguel and the staff before arriving was great! Had a great weekend getaway and it was close to everything we wanted to do! Will definitely look to staying here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities of home. The unit is nicely decorated modern, world market style. The pool area is beautiful with a modern style pool - very relaxing with butterflies and tropical plants. The neighborhood is safe and within a fairly short walking distance to all of the pleasures of Wilton Manors - great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and awesome dance clubs.

I have been renting vacation rental homes in Mexico and Florida since 1999. Today I rent about 45 properties, mostly in Puerto Vallarta and Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors. I now have my first property on the West Coast of Florida on Anna Maria Island.

I own about half of the homes, some by myself and some with a business partner. Although I am an agent, I have a close connection to all of those who's homes I rent. In many cases, I designed the interiors for the property, and then took over rentals and management. All of our properties are self contained living spaces with no interior spaces shared with others. Some of the garden and pool areas are shared.

In both Mexico and the US we have full time staff to make sure your stay goes smoothly. So if you are looking for a great vacation in Puerto Vallarta or Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors, give us a try.
