The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a brand new dishwasher and microwave. There is also WIFI and cable TV.

It is less than two minutes´ walk to cafes and restaurants, and a ten minute drive to the beach.

It would be perfect for a group of friends, a family travelling with grandparents or anyone looking for a holiday in the heart of pollensa town.

There are very little positives about this property. It is in a good location and the hosts ben and Charlie were good to communicate with. Getting in to the house was straightforward. After that, everything else about our experience here was pretty dreadful. We booked for 4 nights but ended up leaving after 2 nights. We initially decided to sleep in the downstairs bedroom as it seemed to have the most comfortable bed (none of them were in any way comfortable but this one seemed the best of a bad bunch), we soon had to move upstairs as the air con unit was making a loud intermittent buzzing noise (obviously it wasn't working efficiently). There was only 2 of us but we ended up having a sleepless night moving around all upstairs bedrooms to try get comfortable. The stale smell in a couple of the rooms was also unpleasant. We knew the house didn't look the most modern from the pictures but we found it very tired. The pool really could have done with a clean - it did not look inviting at all. The kitchen seemed to have a bit of a problem with ants and after the first night we found 2 cockroaches in there also. We found it quite disconcerting that there were no locks on the 3 rear doors of the property, leading to the pool and terrace. The only lock was on the front door. As we were travelling and had money and passports with us we didn't feel comfortable at all with this especially as there was no safe to keep our belongings in. The final straw was on the second night when the air con unit in our bedroom overflowed and caused a flood all over the floor. Unfortunately my travel bag containing my wallet, travel documents and some clothes ended up completely sodden and as a result the water damage to my bag and wallet is irreparable. We were up in the night with a mop and bucket which is not what you expect to be doing on holiday. After 2 broken nights sleep we decided rather than let it ruin our holiday further we would move out to find alternative accommodation for the last 2 nights. We immediatley contacted our hosts Ben and Charlie who were understanding and informed us they had let airbnb know on our behalf. We have never had a problem with an airbnb stay before and have never complained. Despite this airbnb have failed to re-imburse u satisfactorily and claim we didn't adhere to their terms and conditions as we didn't give the owner 24 hours to sort the issues. Giving a further 24 hours would have almost lost our holiday and we believe there is no way all the issues above could have possibly been resolved in one day. I don't like complaining and i didn't want to have to write a review like this but i wouldn't want anyone else to be let down like...

The villa in its location is amazing and is only a few minutes walk to the main square, however there are some steep hills that some people may struggle with. The villa itself is great from the outside it looks like just a normal townhouse, however once entering, it is tardis like with 4 decent bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Some of the rooms are very modern looking which we liked, however some of the room, were like walking into your granny's house, with dark wood wardrobes and old fashioned lighting. If these rooms were updates the whole place would just be stunning. The outside area was one such amazing place to be, with plenty of seating areas and a plunge pool which I have to say exceeded my expectation, I thought I'd turn up and it would be like a kiddie pool but it was a decent size and depth 1.2 m and was ample size for us to mess about in with our 5 year old. The rooftop terrace is a must and we spent every night up there chatting and looking at the view which during the day was amazing but at night simply magical. Would I recommend to friends- yes I would Would I stay again - absolutely but I could only do a few days, I like space and privacy and as you can imagine in a townhouse you have neighbours, but all credit to the owners as they have done the best they can to ensure that there is as much privacy as you can get in a terrace property.

Beautiful villa, spotlessly clean, amazing location, so relaxing, beautiful roof terrace that gets the sun all day, spacious, minutes from lovely restaurants & bars. Great service from Ben & Charlie. Can't recommend it highly enough...we loved it & hope to return one day.

This is a great place to stay to enjoy the beautiful old town of Pollensa. Because it is slightly up the hill, parallel to the famous Calvary steps, it has fantastic views and feels very peaceful, yet is only a few minutes' walk to the central hub of the town. (Pollensa is quite sophisticated so the "hub" is about local families living side by side with tourists and enjoying cafe society and a little shopping!!) The house itself is completely modernised and is very well appointed for enjoying life at home - and there are nice outside areas for sun or shade. A large fridge and sheltered table and chairs on the roof terrace mean you can live all day up there!! Ben and Charlie were excellent with their communications: before, during and after our stay. Excellent stuff!!

We recently spent a wonderful week in this lovely Pollensa town house. My girlfriend scrutinised every property in north Mallorca and we are so glad we chose this property. It was clean and fresh with everything you could possibly need from washing facilities, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, wifi and TV with plenty of films and UK channels. The bedrooms were very comfortable, with good air con in two and large portable fans in the others. Plenty of clean linen and towels there too along with a couple of hairdryers. The sun terrace had fantastic views and even had its own fridge freezer to store cold drinks. Sitting up there at night looking at the stars was incredibly peaceful. The middle terrace leading from the kitchen and lounge was a lovely peaceful haven too, shaded from the sun, from which we had breakfast and some evening meals. The townhouse is situated in a steep, long street which provides ample parking. Navigating the roads around Pollensa town can take a little getting used to as they can get a bit narrow in places, but at the same time, great fun. There's very little traffic too. Make sure you have a good sat nav if you do drive, as it makes getting in and out of the town much easier. Getting the keys was no trouble at all. Charlie was very helpful with information and gave us tips on hiking routes, good restaurants and excellent directions to the property. All in all, a lovely house in a lovely town. We would definitely consider coming back next year, but for two weeks instead of one.
