Welcome! I have a lovely guestroom for two, with a super-comfy memory foam Queen bed. I'm in Portland's eclectic and hip East Bayside neighborhood- home to artists, entrepreneurs, cafes, roasteries, and microbreweries. Just a 20-min walk downtown to enjoy Portland's renowned restaurant scene, nightlife, performing and visual arts venues, historic attractions, and harbor tours. Enjoy the scenic urban trail system, or catch an Island Ferry. So much, so close!
Your bedroom is on the second floor. The bathroom is conveniently located right next to your room, and has body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and extra towels for your use. The bathroom is shared, but I want you to feel like it is your own- I am generally able to work around your schedule. I provide cotton robes for your convenience!
Accès des voyageurs
Guests are welcome to use the large, eat-in kitchen, or relax in the living room. Off-street parking is provided in the driveway. Coffee, tea, and light snacks are provided.
Being right in the city, the house is of a modest size, but you should find that you have plenty of privacy. My philosophy is to be totally welcoming and available as needed, but non-intrusive. My personal space is at the other end of the house from yours, so you should feel that you have some "breathing room," and a sound buffer.
