It's also just a stroll to Pells Outdoor Lido Pool which is a great day out when the sun shines. If you want to venture a bit further afield, the station with trains to Brighton and London is a short walk away.

It is very central, so handy for the trains to London or Brighton and other coastal stops and stations in between. The bus garage is also nearby with a multitude of routes. The other thing to note is that there is a night bus from Brighton on Saturday night if you miss the train back! Check timetable for details though.

The double sofa bed is small. Cosy for two people or big and stretchy for one!
Please note that the steps up to the flat are very slippery when wet so take care. Also, it is not very well lit, so if you are arriving after dark I have put a torch in the letter box by the gate for your use if necessary.
The flat is next to a railway line. The trains are not loud or too frequent, apart from rush hours. They don't run overnight and have never been considered to be a problem, in fact they add a little to the appeal of the flat for some people. The road is quiet.
There is no television licence for the property so it is illegal to watch live TV even on a portable device. Sorry!
Although there is wifi, it is not very reliable as is a community free wifi and varies with the amount of people using it and whereabouts at the property you are. It is better on the terrace.

- There are steep steps up to the flat which makes it unsuitable for wheelchair use and not easy for buggies or people with walking difficulties.
Please note that the steps can be slippery when wet.
- There is residents parking for one car @£1 per day. Permits available in the flat.
