Eagle Mountain Estate features over 3,400 square feet of luxurious living space, four bedrooms, and four baths which include 2 Master Suites equipped with King beds, Fireplace and private decks.
This estate is one of the finest and is located on the quiet south side of the lake with stunning views from the all windows of the great room. Vaulted ceilings with carved wood beams, a beautiful gourmet kitchen, with double ovens that opens to the living and dining areas for ease of entertaining and slate and hardwood floors are only some of the highlights in this amazing retreat. All the master suites offer incredible views, and the bathrooms are all richly appointed with slate stone.
With ample entertaining space throughout the chalet and six person hot tub, this amazing mountain ski retreat is the perfect choice for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

We will have limited access to internet and phone during the month of July- but guests will have info to our contact person in Big Bear that will help with any needs or concerns.
There is a fantastic poker/game table in the upper great room that has already offered us hours of fun!!
- Our Home is NOT a typical "Rental Home". We have the opportunity to offer our place to share for the summer months and wanted others to experience the beauty of Big Bear in a unique and gorgeous setting. We hope you will appreciate the fine quality and luxury of our home and your stay!!
- RENTAL RULES 1.Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property. 2.Visitors: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3.Liability: The home and property are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4.Property and Furnishings: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The owner has 2 locked private closets in the home. Opening of these closets will result in a $250 fine per door. 5.Appliances: Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6.Pets: No Pets are permitted. 7.Parking: Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. There are two or three parking spaces in the driveway. Parking on the street is permitted by the city. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included. The housekeeping service only comes once prior to your arrival. We suggest you bring beach towels if needed for any lake activities. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. The additional sheets and towels are in the master guest bedroom closet. 9.Hot Tub: Children 15 years or younger are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our hot tub maintenance service will drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the tub each week; therefore, it may not be warm until later the evening of your arrival. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you will be charged for replacement. No glass in or near hot tub. There are plastic glasses for your use. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Hot tub must be turned off at departure and cover put back on. Failure to do so results in a $100 penalty. There are instructions and pictures in the information book at property as well as being posted next to the Hot tub. 10. Snow Removal- We can have a snow removal company remove the snow on the driveway and the walkway to the door for you. This is a $100 fee and requires a 72 hour prior notice. Once booked, It can not be cancelled 72 hours prior to stay. If you choose to forgo this service, there is a snow shovel in the garage for your use. 11.Noise: The Eagle Mountain Estates neighborhood enforces quiet time from 10:00PM until 8:00AM every day of the week. Quiet time is enforced by a Community Watch guard. If there is a neighbor complaint and police are called to the property, you will forfeit your full $1,000 deposit and be evicted with no refund. 12.Fireplaces: Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplaces. Make sure the fireplace flue is open prior to use. Firewood Not provided. 13.Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you may be charged a plumbing service fee. 14.Trash: Trash is not to be left on the property. The city of Big Bear Lake requires all renters to dispose of all their trash at 1 of 2 dump sites located in the city. Address and maps to these locations are in the information book at the property. A $100 fine will be charged for any trash left at the property. Please contact the city with any further questions regarding trash. 15. Bar BQ- The gas is BBQ is on the deck off the kitchen and is hooked directly up to the gas line. Please remember to turn off the gas after each use. The valve is located behind the grill down near the house. 16.Storms and Fires: No refunds will be given for storms or fires. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
