Be among the first to stay at this newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath condo. It’s a perfect fit for families or smaller groups, with the additional kids’ loft on the 3rd floor. This prime hangout spot has a foosball table, flat screen TV, lots of board games, and sleeping space for 5. The adjoining condo is also for rent through TurnKey if you have a larger group vacationing together.

Recreational amenities include the seasonal swimming pool, year-round hot tub, ping pong table and a pool table located at the Clubhouse. Winter enthusiasts rejoice; Heavenly’s California Lodge is just a 2-minute drive! The condo’s prime midtown location means you’re also close to shops and eateries, and only 3 minutes from Ski Run Marina – home of the Tahoe Queen paddle wheeler.


Relax fully in the welcoming living area and dining room with tranquil views of the open forest land. Sink into the plush sofa and watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV by the wood-burning fireplace.

The freshly renovated kitchen features granite countertops and new cabinets, and is well stocked with updated appliances; whip up your favorite meal and then gather around the 6-seater dining table.

The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding doors to the patio. The 2nd bedroom is elegantly decorated and offers a plush queen bed. Above the bedrooms is the hidden loft area with 2 twin beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed. This area is so appealing to kids that they’ll hang out there all day if given the chance! Also, the sofa in the living room has a pullout queen bed.


Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This condo cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 1 car (in assigned carport), enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. WARNING: This condo is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/ noisy groups. VHR License #008692


The Heavenly California Lodge is just a 2-minute drive; there is also a shuttle bus stop within walking distance. After a day on the slopes, head down to Ski Run Boulevard for a great selection of restaurants and shops. Or in the summer months rent a boat at the Marina and head out to breathtaking Emerald Bay.

*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.

* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
