Our place is close to the beach, specifically it is 101 steps to the 17th Street crossover to the beach on the South End of the island, where all the activity is! You’ll love our place because of the care we put into making it welcoming, comfortable, well appointed, and it's location--can't beat the beach! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Before you travel, we will email you to find out your arrival time and final details for meeting and contacting us. We will meet you to check you into the condo and give you helpful hints about your stay on Tybee.
We just recently listed our condo on Airbnb - Our condo has been listed on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) since 2010 and you can check out our reviews there (listing #301207). It was already pretty booked for the summer, when we put it on Airbnb. We have two condos we rent out and enjoy meeting people from all over--we hope we get to meet you, too!
During the summer we have a 5 night minimum stay, unless there is a gap in the reservations. Our condo is on the south end of Tybee close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, bars. Tybee is a great place to come hang out and bicycle or walk everywhere. Come experience the laid back atmosphere and quirky little island that we call home.

My wife, Mary, and I live on Tybee Island, GA, where she grew up. We met in college at Notre Dame and lived in Arkansas, where I am from, and Texas. We relocated to Tybee in 2007.
It is hard to pry us away from our little island where you can walk or bike to everything, including the beach and Back River. We like to kayak around the estuaries and explore the coastal area.
We have two condos we rent out via , listing #496488 and #301207--and now newly listed on AirBnB.
Besides being an attorney, I am the publisher of the Tidelog Graphic Almanac, the Tidebook, and print on demand NOAA charts, you can check it out online by searching Tidelog on the internet.
When we travel, it is usually to see family, but one thing good about living on an island, is that most family members come here to visit us-and the beach, of course!
We have two grown children, our daughter works with me running Tidelog, and our son is in the Army. Our son has a daughter, and our daughter has a son, so we are the proud grandparents of 2-if we had known how fun being grandparents is, we would have skipped the children--not really.
