Third floor two bedroom luxurious flat (120 sqm); fully furnished with large living room, big couch and TV, open-plan kitchen and dining with high-end fitting and appliances (fridge, electric hobs and oven, microwave, washing machine), utensils (plates, dishes and cooking pots). Two Air Conditioned double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Two bathrooms; one big with Jacuzzi and one with a half size bathtub. Three balconies, two large at the front and the back of the apartment and one on the side.
It is a spacious sunny apartment located on the 3rd floor (120 sqm) of an apartment building.
As you enter the house you will find yourselves in the large cozy living room where you’ll be able to relax or organize your next excursion in the city or the surrounding area.
Beside the living room lies an open-plan kitchen fully furnished with everything you might need. There are two balconies accessible from the kitchen one large at the back and a smaller one at the side.
The two bed rooms with independent access on either side of the living room with each bedroom having a dedicated bathroom adjacent. All the apartment rooms have access to a balcony.

The guests have access to the whole apartment on the third floor. The guests have a key for the main entrance of the building and a separate key for the apartment. Guests are kindly requested to ensure the main entrance is kept closed at all times.

We are going to be always available for any question regarding your stay in our apartment or your stay in our city. Even if we are not in Kalamata Dimitra's mother lives in the apartment building as well and she will be more than happy to help you.
Welcome to our home, we wish you a wonderful stay. Our house is a private home and unfortunately, not suitable for children, or parties. Please read these rules carefully and inform us if you have any special needs or you require clarification.
Smoking/Pets: This is a non-smoking house. Much as we love pets, no pets are allowed
Check in: 12:00 to 21:00. For taxation purposes we will require upon your arrival a photocopy of your ID/passport and your full home address.
Check out: 12:00 noon. However, if you must leave later we will gladly store your luggage.
Out of respect for our neighbours, please keep noise levels down to a minimum from 15:00 to 17:00 (siesta time) and after 22:00.
Keys: Use your keys to enter the building and please make sure you keep the door closed at all times. If a key gets lost, we have to charge you for the change of the door lock.
Moving of furniture: Guests have to respect the lay out of the room furniture. We don't allow moving of furniture from the room to be placed elsewhere. Please mind of the wooden floors. We advise you to remove your shoes the moment you enter the apartment.
Cleaning: Room cleaning, bath towels and bed linen are provided at no extra cost. We expect you leave the apartment at a reasonable state.
Water and Energy conservation: Please act reasonably to conserve water and energy. Keep the windows closed when you operate the A/C, report any running toilets and faucets to us for service, and please check that you have switched the lights and all electric appliances off when leaving the apartment.
Damages: Please inform us of any damaged item so that we can repair or exchange it. Willful or serious damages will be charged.
Liability for personal belongings and items of value: We accept no liability for personal belongings and items of value left in your room and no responsibility for any accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond our control.
External guests: If you wish to welcome guests please inform us in advance. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
