Every year we work hard to plant the most beautiful garden possible. Please feel free to walk amongst and pick from our rows of FRESH HERBS, SEASONAL FRUITS and VEGETABLES and FLOWERS.
The outdoor daybed is sizable with plush cushions and pillows for a very comfortable nap. The branches above offer plenty of shade to keep the sun out of your eyes.
The Nicaraguan woven hammock is mounted when whether permits.
In addition, there are multiple tables and other seating options should you have a larger group or want to entertain outdoors.
Tall 7' windows throughout offer plenty of light and the high ceilings add to the airy, spacious feel.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and is well-stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. There is a Kitchenaid coffee machine and pour over filters for coffee options.
The bedrooms are dressed with high-quality linens and there are plenty of extra pillows, sheets and quilts for large parties. The bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and robes, soaps, lotions, oils and other apothecary items.
There are two bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs.
Our home is thoughtfully decorated with: handmade, custom wood furniture; paintings and other artwork from acclaimed artists around St. Louis; handmade ceramics, wood bowls and frames; and lush plants of all sorts. Beautiful collectibles procured from past travels also grace the shelves and wall space. The house acts as a gallery, EVERYTHING IS FOR SALE, we ship too! All the wood working in the house from the cutting boards and wooden spoons to the beds and ceramics are by Justin of YellowTree Farm. Made around the corner in the old Lemp brewery.
Seasonal florals arrangements and high-end, lightly-scented candles are displayed throughout to ensure an unforgettable "home-away-home" experience.
