After completely renovating the property and installing Air Conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and all bedrooms in 2016, Villa Cornocalejo presents a new double-gate entrance to a secure car park with space for 2 vehicles. From here, you can access the property and the swimming pool via an adjoining ramp.
The villa has a kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and the other two with twin beds. The living room has a sofa, armchairs, a fireplace, TV, DVD player, etc. The open plan kitchen is well equipped, there is for example fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a complete set of dishes, etc. Washing machine has its own separate place in stock. The dining area has a large table and six chairs.
There is a powerful air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. You can use the internet connection of the villa free of charge.
The yard is in three levels and there is an incredible variety of plants, lawn and tiled area. On top level there is a BBQ in which you can cook delicious meals from the fresh ingredients you have bought from the market place and shops. Enjoy the shade of an olive tree or another covered terrace, admiring the landscape and the sea. For dessert, have recently picked oranges or bananas, which you can eat sitting on a swing while listening to the absolute silence, broken only by the occasional bird or cicada . On the lower level you can enjoy the warmth of the sun resting in sunbeds. When you need cooling, dive in the large private swimming pool.
At the most basic level, there is a secure parking space for cars. Fine wrought iron gates can be operated by the remote control. If you want to see the fantastic landscape which surrounds the villa, climb up to the roof terrace. From there you can see spectacular views of the mountains, the sea and the city.The villa has beds for six people, but if your group is larger, rent also Villa Jeromo which is located next door to give accommodation for up to 12-14 people. Villa Cornocalejo offers a unique atmosphere you will never forget, and you'll want to return again!

The owner Antonio will be on hand to help with any issues the villa might have, however as he does not speak English we have to be engaged if you do not speak Spanish.
Location is great, quiet, peaceful with tons of nice afternoon sunshine. Car is recommended but not necessary.
Bookings for less than 7 nights, will have an extra charge of 100€ payable in cash on arrival.
Late arrivals between 8 pm and 10 pm will incur a 25 Euro fee.
Evening arrivals after 10 pm will incur a 50 Euro fee.
