King's Cross Apartment is located within 1 minute walk from King's Cross station which is the third-busiest station on the system after Waterloo and Victoria, and serves more lines than any other (Circle line, Hammersmith & City line, Metropolitan line, Northern line, Piccadilly line and Victoria line) . It is in Travelcard Zone 1. It also has 12 major bus routes taking you all over the capital. Only 10 minutes walking from Angel Station ( Northern Line) and a bit more from the vibrant Upper street full of shops, restaurants and cafes, Almeida Theatre, Business Design Centre. Within easy walking distance you can also enjoy London's Canal Museum, the British Library, the stunning architecture of St Pancras, the shopping and culinary delights of Islington. A pleasant walk along the canal will take you to the famous Camden Market. Transport is absolutely great. Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 10-minute walk away. Many buses into the centre and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes. The centre is only a few underground stops away, you could even walk there. The landlord can speak English and Italian with you. We can be flexible with the check in/check out times according to the previous or next bookings. We don't charge any extra or hidden fees, so the price given on this website is the total price (plus any fees the website may charge). This price is inclusive of all services in the apartment, even checkout cleaning. There is nothing else to pay, for up to 4 guests the price remains the same. CHECK-IN: The standard check-in time is from 2pm. We agree a meeting time with guests and we ask that it be respected as we don't live in the flat. If the guest does not alert us in case of delay, our maximum wait will be 30 minutes. When the 30 minutes of waiting are over, we will go away and you will need to contact the host to arrange a new meeting time. After 7.00pm is considered late check-in and a fee (£20 between 7-10pm and £40 after 10pm) is applied to be paid cash upon arrival. Latest check in is at 11pm.

Please bring a valid passport with you (identity card is also fine only for the European citizens) in case we need to declare your stay in our apartment to the local authority. We will need a copy of your ID, if you can't bring a copy we will take a picture of it. It is not allowed to bring other people who are not included in the reservation to the apartment due to safety and legal reasons. As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.

MEETING POINT OUTSIDE 'THE BIG CHILL' PUB at 257-259, Pentonville Road if you arrive earlier enjoy a drink or a meal in one of Islington's finest gastro pubs. Please note the pub is only a convenient meeting point and it has nothing to do with the apartments, so please don’t ask for info in the pub. IMPORTANT INFO REQUIRED: Please be aware that Guests are required to show a recognised photo identification (i.e. passport or UK driving licence only.) CHECK OUT: Standard check out is before 10am unless different agreement at the time of the booking. Please leave the flat as tidy as you found it and free from personal belongings. Please note that the price paid for the check out cleaning is intended for standard cleaning and launderette (2 hours), this doesn't include washing plates, throwing leftovers of food, cleaning of the oven, etc. or any other issue which would require extra time. Any additional hour will be charged to the guests at standard rate of £15/hour. Please dispose of the GARBAGE before leaving, There's a daily garbage collection, please leave the bags with garbage well tied in front of the street entrance next to the black pole. Spare bin bags can be found under the sink in the kitchen. Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water taps, as well as the lights in the apartment and its facilities, and to pull the door as they leave. Please leave the keys on the table and ensure to pull properly the door, also the building entrance. THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. Please don't bring/eat any food or drink in the bedroom and on the sofa bed as we strive to keep the standard of furnitures high at all times and also to avoid accidental damages such as stains on the bed linen or carpet. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage. There are others who share the building with you who maintain normal working hours. Please have consideration for neighbours, quiet hours are between 22:00-08:00. You ought to receive the same courtesy from them during your stay. Guests are required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times whilst occupying the apartments and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaints, guests agree to vacate the apartments immediately without refund or redress. Parties are not permitted. The maximum number of guests per apartment (4 people) cannot be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence of a party and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guest's own expense. Pets are not allowed to stay or to visit the property. The booker is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause. Damages to the apartment must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required, the card provided will be charged. An email will alert the guest to this, along with a breakdown of the charges(URL HIDDEN) Lost keys: guests will be given 2 set of keys, but in the very unlikely event of finding themselves locked out or lose keys, we apply a charge of £100 for callout, during business hours 9-5, and £150 if after-hours. This includes both lost keys and lock out. DISCLAIMER: We cannot be held responsible (and therefore no refund is payable) for any failure or interruption of services to the flat, including electricity, internet connection, plumbing, equipment and water, or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property. We have no strict responsibility for property, money, valuables, jewellery etc., which you leave in the flat. So please keep all valuables with you when going out.
