A private bedroom with a private bath in a Bushwick duplex located 1 block from the J Halsey subway. Room includes closet space, tv w/ Chromecast, private bathroom with full tub and rain shower. Access to common space with full kitchen and dining area. Community-oriented, LGBTQ-friendly, relaxed atmosphere. You’ll love it because of the high ceilings, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and hip business travelers.
- We are a safe space for all creeds, ethnicities, and belief systems. No discrimination, bigotry, or racism is allowed in our house.
- We live conscientiously and respectfully with each other, our neighbors, our city, and our planet. We recycle, compost, and practice energy conservation as much as possible. To that end we ask that you turn off the lights and air conditioning when not in use, put any leftovers (coffee grounds, banana peels, apple cores) in the compost bin provided, and use the cloth bags placed at the door when you go shopping to avoid plastic bags going into our landfills.
- The upstairs kitchen and downstairs laundry are available between 9 am - 10pm. Please be respectful of noise during "school" nights.
- Please remove shoes when at all possible, the streets can be quite dirty and this keeps the space as clean and sanitary as possible.
