When you book this listing, you are reserving the "Owner's Unit," which is one of three apartments in our vintage home. This private, 3BR/2BA apartment is on the top two floors. The other two apartments are on the lower floors and are accessed from the same interior foyer, so you may see other tenants as you enter and exit the space.

- The apartment is up one flight of stairs
- Main foyer is shared with two downstairs apartments
- Noise travels easily, especially when shoes are worn on hardwood floors. Please remove shoes and keep noise to a reasonable volume.
- We understand larger groups travel to socialize, but please keep any rowdiness off site.

Great place and fantastic host! This perfectly-situated, well-supplied, comfortable and cute place was just what our family needed. George was helpful and responsive to all our needs, and the location cannot be beat! So lucky to have found this place.

The location was great, we spent most of our time walking as all the venues were in close proximity. There's also a Trader Joes that was a short walk which was great since we had a large group and were able to do a quick grocery shop. There was also a wide variety of pubs and reataurants in walking distance.

Great location. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Great beds. Loved being able to walk to sights and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house located in quiet neighborhood but tons of shops and restaurants just around the corner. Two blocks from Trader Joe's. This home would be great for any group but if you have small children it is a must stay! Lots of toys and books, a crib, outlet covers, even blackout curtains in the children's room. Living space is large and comfortable. There are lots of stairs to get up to the home so that should be considered. Highly recommend!

Great location, huge space. Only one shower which runs out of hot water after 2-3 people use it which was challenging.

I love Northwest Portland! I bought this home because I couldn't bear to leave my beloved neighborhood with everything imaginable within walking distance. Now I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with family and friends, like you!

After living in San Francisco, New York and Chicago, I found that NW 23rd Ave had not only the amenities of Union St in SF or Armitage Ave in Chicago, but also the small-town feel and quirkiness that is uniquely Portland. I've lived in the same 3-block radius since 2010 and plan to be here for decades to come.

I am happy to give you recommendations on everything from city hikes and dining, to day trips to the beach, Mt Hood or wine country. If you're traveling with kiddos in tow, I have all the gadgets and gismos to make you feel right at home. And if you prefer your space, I'm happy to leave you to explore on your own.
