Kitchen is large and fully equipped with all cooking utensils. Guests will have access to basic beverages, condiments and cereals. Huge backyard offers significant additional space for bbq'ing and dining outdoors, or relaxing well into the night on the spacious deck or around the campfire.
Home offers generous sleeping accommodations, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Master bedroom contains one king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, along with 56 inch TV; second upstairs bedroom contains one double sized bed, with separate bathroom from that of the master down the hall. Downstairs bedrooms contain queen and double bed respectively, both of which also share the homes third bathroom. Pack n'play is provided for use anywhere around the house.
Downstairs bedroom also equipped with large desk area ideal for working from "home" or spreading out paperwork or belongings. Full Laundry facilities are located in new and finished basement area. For families with children, the basement also contains large play room (not shown in pictures).

Pantry access is restricted with the exception of cooking oils and vinegars, salt and pepper, and fridge condiments. All cooking utensils and appliances are available for use.

Edgemont is a quiet and spacious subdivision retreat bordering Calgary's largest environmental natural area (Nose Hill Park), yet still centrally located within the city with easy access to all amenities in Calgary's north west and downtown. Home is also ideally situated on quiet walking path, offering additional privacy from other homes and with direct access to ravine systems within subdivision.
Several major bus routes service subdivision and provide direct access to LRT station (Dalhousie -approx. 10 minutes from home) and other major community amenities.
This is our family home - please treat it with respect.
We have a dog - while we make every effort to vacuume and thoroughly clean before vacating, there will inevitably be minimal fur left behind. Those with dog allergies should not stay here.
Pets must be approved before stay, as while some animals are fine, others can be damaging. Animal MUST be crated when tenant not in house (crate provided).

No loud noise inside or out past reasonable hour.
Shoes off at doors.
