I am glad to offer as much help and advice as I can provide to make your stay in Taipei enjoyable!
Ask me about renting Ubikes! they are awesome! often the quickest way around and SUPER cheap! My block is surrounded by city provided Ubike rental stations.
Make sure you get a SIM card at the airport to facilitate communication and finding the location. I strongly advise Chungwa Telecom. Any amount of data is fine - just enough to make sure we can get you here! Then you can add data/call minutes at most every convenience store as needed.
- Vegetarian Household. No Meat, Fish or Poultry allowed in the house. You don't have to be vegetarian, but you do have to follow these guidelines. If you eat meat, that's no problem! There are plenty of restaurants just downstairs and nearby, usually very cheap!
-No smoking inside the apartment, but there is a window just outside where smoking is allowed.
Clean, quiet, respectful.
Elementary school teacher, older brother from a family of seven, and uncle to 4 beautiful nieces and nephew.
I am a Zen kinda dude and just work hard, sometimes play hard, but usually at the club not my place. I'm an English teacher, a Life Coach and an entrepreneur launching a new company this year. So I definitely stay busy!
Personally, I live life for peak life experiences and love travel and meeting people from all over the world. I practice meditation and am a life-long vegetarian (from a hippy family). It's all about good vibes at The Zen Pad! I read a lot and am constantly working on what Carl Jung termed "self-actualization"; the purpose of life.
I grew up in Austin Texas, lived in New York City for 10 years (Brooklyn!) and then lived in Seoul South Korea for 6 years. Just moved to Taipei and loving it!
My life motto is: "the world is big and life is long" . My goal is to see it all!
