An 800 sq.ft. corner unit with updated kitchen and mosaic tiled bathroom, this spacious unit has 10ft ceilings with stained/polished concrete floors. Located on the 3rd floor inside a courtyard with a huge private 400 sq.ft. terrace with outdoor table and chairs, enclosed by bamboo tress.

Flat screen TV 54”, DVD & CD Bose System, books. California King size bed. High-end designer furniture. Parking space available inside the building (extra). 24 hour concierge/security. 5-minute walk from the subway. 2-minute walk from the Los Angeles Athletic Club. In the heart of downtown L.A., you will be located at walking distance from the Ralph Fresh Fare, Rite Aid, Staples Center, Fashion District, L.A. This space is fully equipped for an amazing stay. The building is incredibly safe and very friendly. Centrally located to great shops, restaurants, + stores for every day needs. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants an authentic DTLA experience. Had a wonderful time!

Sebastian was very helpful with getting me settled in. The loft itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Also very conveniently located in the heart of DTLA. Great for an extended visit.

I had a nice 2 month stay at Sebastian's loft. Location is great in DTLA, in the Art District with bars, restaurants and stores right outside. The space has plenty of fresh towels, dishes and bedding. A real plus is the beautiful outdoor space that is quite large. The underground reserved parking was a big deal for me, never had to worry about my car or finding a spot. The apt has a washer/dryer which is super convenient. There was even water, some soda and toiletries left for my arrival, much appreciated. I had a small hiccup with the A/C and the Dryer but Sebastian was quick to resolve these issues. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a temporary home.

I had a great 7 weeks at Sebastian's place. It's centrally located in downtown LA. The space well outfitted with nice appliances, bedding, and dishes. The outdoor space is an absolute bonus. Sebastian was quick to help fix the A/C as well as help set up a housekeeping service. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who needs a space to stay long term in downtown Los Angeles.

This is a really late review, I realize, but I finally have gotten around to reviewing. I was here for a week last summer and this was exactly what i needed. Sebastian's place was awesome. No issues with anything, really. The surrounding neighborhood was totally fine, there are a bunch of restaurants in the neighborhood, including a high-end beer and wine shop that I appreciated. Check in/check out was painless. This was a good first Air Bnb experience for me.

Great downtown location. You can walk anywhere from this condo in reasonable time. Sebastian's condo is quite modern and hip. Lots of space for 2 people and good amenities available in his unit. Sebastian is quick to respond and resolve issues. A really good host. The neighborhood is a mix of down & out and hip & trendy. Downside is all the vagrants in the area. Had two very close uncomfortable encounters with 2 of them on a Friday night. The upside is there are a lot of hip trendy restaurants and shops opening up and they are all bustling in the evenings.
