Spanking new, clean and contemporary, this cozy, self-contained two-bedroom unit has the best of everything. Perched high on the 30th floor, the air-conditioned apartment comes with an excellent day and night vista.
A respectable and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware, is at your disposal, if and when the master chef in you strikes. Curl up with a book or watch TV in the living room on a comfortable L-shaped sofa, plumped up with cushions.
Furnished with two queen-sized beds, the bedrooms are light and airy, and come with wardrobes attached. The fifth guest can sleep on the living room L-shape sofa comfortably. Pillows and blanket will be provided for the sofa camper. Directly across each other, there are two bathrooms in the house – one is a powder room with toilet and the other contains a bathtub and shower, plus a porcelain throne for one's natural calls.
Bath towels and basic toiletries provided. Laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer available for guests staying 6 days or more.

Take a tram or train to explore Melbourne, a city famous for its pristine gardens, architecture, people and shops from all walks of life, culture and nation.

NO CONCIERGE SERVICE
My apartment is not a serviced apartment but a private unit, therefore kindly refrain from liaising with the Front Service Desk next to the lobby (Separate side entrance) which is solely for serviced apartment clientele only but you can make an enquiry and book a day trip tour within Melbourne or Victoria or rent a secured parking lot for $24 per day from them plus refundable deposits of $150.00
Any enquiry or emergency in regard to the building you can contact the Building Manager on duty direct at the Lobby Desk inside the Lobby.
Upon arrival and check-in or any other inquiries, please liaise/contact your host directly.
CHECK-IN & SELF CHECK-OUT TIME
Standard check in time is from 3pm to 7pm. Self check out time is up to 12 noon. Additional charges may apply for early or late check in and late check out. Host may occasionally offer to pick up or drop off guests from/to the airport. $60 one way fees apply for airport/hotel transfers by host. Please check with host prior to booking.
NO PETS & SHOES
Outside shoes are not encouraged to wear within the entire apartment and pets are not allowed. The unit is fully carpeted except the small kitchen, bathroom & toilet area. You are encouraged to wear socks to keep your feet warm. House slippers are provided for your comfort and ease of movement around the apartment.
The apartment is not 100% child proof and located on a 30th floor with a stunning view but has a balcony (lockable) and indoor pool/sauna facilities on 7th floor. Children if allowed to stay prior to confirmed booking, must always be supervised not to break things, prevent them from dirtying/staining the apartment/rooms' wall, always accompanied by an adult at all time if visiting the balcony, while in the kitchen, indoor swimming pool & sauna.
NO PARTYING & SMOKING
Strictly no partying and Smoking is prohibited / not allowed inside the apartment but feel free to indulge outside, at the balcony only. If and when smoking at the balcony please shut the sliding door to the apartment to prevent unpleasant and stale cigarette odour from lingering inside.

GUESTS STAYING OVER
No outside guests please. Number of guests should NOT exceed the booking confirmation. Complimentary bath and face towels are based on the number of guests on the confirmed booking list. For additional guests, other than those agreed upon booking confirmation, kindly contact host for approval. Fees will apply for additional guests with further conditions.
RESPECT OWNER'S PERSONAL BELONGINGS
This is a private unit and occasionally if it is not occupied or rented out, the host will stay over for cleaning and maintenance duties. Therefore kindly restrict from going through personal belongings of the host in the wardrobe, bathroom cupboard, TV drawers or any items locked, sealed or closed in any area of the apartment. Thank you for your kind understanding.
KEEP THE NOISE DOWN
As there are hotel guests as well as private residents living on the same floor and on this building, please refrain from making too much noise, maintain respect and be mindful of others' privacies at all times. If any complaints are filed by other residents or the building manager, guests may be evicted from the premises, lose their security deposits instantly.
Guests will be charged if the apartment key, secure keyless chip, TV/Air-Con remotes or Myki Cards among others are lost or not returned.
Cleaning fees is maintained at minimal cost via Airbnb as guests are expected to help out with the daily cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms. Kindly help us take out daily rubbish to the garbage chute (Bin Room) next to the lifts. Recycled Bin is located at level 3, exit door to your right.
Please switch on the kitchen stove ventilation and leave the balcony door open when cooking. Excessive smoke from cooking/stove top may trigger the building fire alarm and will generate an automated response from the fire brigade. Kindly be aware that any false alarm triggered will incur an AUD2000 fine/penalty from the building management.
PUT BACK AFTER USE
The apartment should be left in a near similar state to its condition upon arrival. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups and any cooking utensils that have been used should be cleaned, dried and stored away at its original places. This includes the stove and microwave oven. Additional cleaning costs will be incurred if extra cleaning is required.
The host would appreciate it tremendously if you can switch off all lights, air condition & heaters when not using & also before check out. Please keep the apartment like your own home. Maintain cleanliness and order at all times, if possible, thank you.
