My place is close to great hikes, black mountain open space park, , great views, restaurants and dining. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
A two car attached garage comes with this updated and upgraded two bedroom, two bathroom unit. Located on ground floor (no stairs to carry groceries up), kitchen was upgraded with all new cabinets and granite countertops, in addition to the high end appliances. Wood floors are enjoyed though out most of the home. Laundry is side by side located in the home. Extra large patio with two sliding doors (living room and master bedroom).

In the event we cannot meet you on site, our home has an electronic lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance.
We use Air Concierge for property management. The Air Concierge team will be available for assistance via email.
Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly guest site that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests.
The codes needed to enter the property are available 24 hours prior to check-in in our online guest site.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.
- We kindly ask you that no pets, no smoking, and that any damage (accidental or otherwise) is reported at or before the time of your departure.
SUITABILITY AND RULES:
Minimum Age Limit for Renters 25 years old.
Children with parents are welcome. There are a few flights of stairs to get into the home and also inside of it, so the property is definitely not wheelchair accessible.
Please kindly remove shoes when entering the property
Please be extremely mindful with water use - California is going through severe drought.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
Parties or gatherings are absolutely not permitted. Please respect the space, the neighbors, and guests at the neighboring properties, thank you.
Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10pm-10am.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Smoking inside the property is subject to an additional $500 deep cleaning fee
OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNLESS INCLUDED ON THE INITIAL RESERVATION
Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation.
Pets are not permitted at any time. Thanks for understanding.

We want you to have all your belongings return safely with you when you leave. $50 will be deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of returning any items to you. This fee does not include shipping costs to get them back to you, which we will ask you to cover to return it to you. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi there! We would like to welcome you to our company, Air Concierge, Inc. A note from our Co-Founders (Ryan Danz)
Ryan: "Growing up in the Bay Area and spending my adult years in San Diego makes me feel like a native to everything from Coronado to Lake Tahoe. California is truly the most incredible place on earth, from the beaches to the mountains and so I decided to buy houses in both. Then those houses became vacation rentals and I decided to travel between both of them. Then I realized there was something to having a deeper understanding as an owner/host, guest and manager. Now Air Concierge not only oversees my own homes but over 265+ throughout California and Nevada regions. In my personal time I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and try and run around the world in search of adventure and the unknown.
