The Inn at Ivy Downs is a 3 bedroom townhome tucked in a quiet corner of the Huntington Village community. A short walk North Grounds, hiking trails, Ivy Provisions, and the Bellaire Market, everything you need for a [wedding/reunions/winetasting] weekend in Cville is easily within reach. The Boars Head and Birdwood are 3 minute drives and the Corner is a $6 Uber away. The most underrated aspect is the convenient access to 250, placing you 10 minutes away from anything in Cville.
Everything you need for a weekend or a long stay! Better furniture than the airbnbs I've stayed in in Charlottesville (decent in the common areas, nicer in the bedrooms). Sleeps 6 comfortably. Good internet and large workstation if you need to get stuff done. Staying in? HBOgo and Netflix at your fingertips.
- Three parking spaces available outside the apartment, with more guest spots by the pool.
- The listing includes two queen sized beds, one air mattress, and three sleep-able couches.

Expect little-to-no host interaction throughout the stay - we provide a clean place with all the amenities you need to get out and enjoy Charlottesville.
Pretend it's your friend's lakehouse. We're not a hotel. Feel free to use everything, but we expect guests to clean up after themselves and be happy with a low-touch approach. We'll provide the linens/towels, but expect you to make your own bed upon arrival, dispose of your trash, and put your dishes in the dishwasher. Common guest courtesy.
Graduate Student in Virginia. When I'm relaxing I like to watch sports, Netflix, and HBO. I cook more than most guys my age, love trying new foods and beers, and haven't ever used Tinder.
When travelling I'm typically active during the day, and will likely only be around your house/apartment/yurt to sleep. Favorite cities I've visited are Brussels and Austin. Nothing makes me happier than eating a rack of ribs at Fat Matt's in Atlanta and my college winning a game of some kind simultaneously.
