This is our lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment located in a thriving area of Edinburgh just to the west of Princes Street (city centre). The interior of this apartment is comfortable and modern, providing everything you will need including Virgin TV channels and high speed internet, USB charging points. You will also be located right beside a shopping area that includes a Marks & Spencers shop/cafe, Costa coffee Sainsburys, TK Maxx, Argos, Next, Frankie and Bennys restaurant, KFC, and much more!
The apartment is bright and spacious and newly furnished. The living room has french doors that open to a Juliette balcony and magnificent views over the city and Edinburgh Castle. There is a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, cable TV, and much more. Private parking space too. Please be aware that this is a 3rd floor apartment that does not have an elevator. The stairs are not steep and there are plenty of landings but this apartment is not suitable for people who are unable to walk up stairs.
The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring Edinburgh. Groceries, cafes etc are on your doorstep and you can take a pleasant walk over the Dean Bridge to Princes Street (25 minute walk approx), or there is a bus stop almost on your doorstep which can get you there in 10 minutes! Also on a route direct to/fro Royal Mile, National Museum. Buses pass by approx every 15 - 20 minutes and you just jump on and pay the driver.
Although you are located in a thriving and busy area of Edinburgh city centre the apartment is quite private and quiet due to being 3rd floor. The back of the apartment also overlooks a bike and walking path.
