My place is a 130m² semi detached house on a cul-de-sac street in a quiet neighbourhood. It has four bedrooms, spacious living room, washing room and a patio with an outdoor grill and a great mountain view of the skiing area and mountain Súlur.
A scenic 1,9 km walk to downtown Akureyri will pass through the Akureyri Botanical Garden, the Akureyri College's old traditional building, a scenic view over downtown area of Akureyri, The Church of Akureyri and around the 100 steps to the downtown area
Accommodates 8 people. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious common area with a 48'' TV. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, patio with dining arrangements and a gas grill, washing room with a washing machine and dryer and a garden. There is a parking spot in front of the house for at least 2 cars. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the house.
The grocery store Bónus is 400m away and the downtown is in 1,9km distance.
Accès des voyageurs
In addition to the apartment and the patio, the garage can be made available to our guests for storing their bikes or other items. The yard is of course available to our guests as well as the outside kids swing.

There is a key box in front of the house so guests can arrive at their convenience. However the host is available to greet the guests upon arrival if they wish.
Occasionally (rarely) the host might use a small bedroom above the garage (access to it is through the garage and does not interfere with the guests).
Please respect the house as it's your own.
Use of outdoor shoes is not allowed inside the house apart from the hallway. No loud music after 10 pm. Be respectful of the neighbours. After use please clean the grill and return to its place.
